I ordered the chicken wing special. Buy 1 get 1 Lol. When I opened them at home I had 1 order. Called and informed the Allen street location I had 1 not buy 1 get 1 that is on Uber app. The young lady said, “that has to be in the comment section”. I was disappointed at the response because she had called to ask did I want mild, medium, hot etc. No offer was made to try and replace, refund, or give anything for my not receiving buy 1 get 1. I never had a problem with the Hoagie Stop but customer service is a great asset and front line to business. That will be my last time dining, eating, or patronizing the hoagie stop. 🛑

This was the first hoagie stop I tried and it didn't disappoint. The people behind the counter greeted me professionally but with a vibe like they were happy I stopped by. The food was fresh and fast and DELICIOUS 😋 . This isnt a sit down spot but if you want to grab a great meal to take with you I definitely suggests this location

Placed an order yesterday waited hours for it no communication, No email They don’t answer the phone, They run ridiculous specials they cannot even probably provide & Then complete the order the following morning instead of refunding? Nobody answers but now I’m just out of money do not recommend

I ordered my food at 6:20pm never got my food. It's currently 10:38pm. The customer service was horrible!!!!! The workers were ignoring the costumers, every time somebody would ask for a refund they would just say "oh okay" and walk away. The way this business functions is HORRIBLE. I don't think I would ever order from here again!!!!!! 0/10 stars. The staff was in the back smoking WEED instead of focusing on getting everyone's order ready.....

Clinton Street location: My son ordered their Friday special (steak hoagie (BOGO) and wings (BOGO) through Uber Eats). The food was excellent! The subs are real competition with Jim's Steakout. Excellent size, fully loaded, and seasoned perfectly! The wings I definitely would put in my top 3 in Buffalo. The others may want to watch out (hot rub and hot honey/crispy). Saturday, my husband and I decided to try their hoagie special, we picked chicken to try something different (BOGO) and it was excellent! My picture is just half of the sub we ordered. A half feels like a whole. lol

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to make an exception for this incredible Black-owned business. They make the best steak hoagie subs I’ve ever tasted—hands down! The flavor is out of this world, and you can tell the staff takes pride in every single meal they craft.
The attention to detail, the fresh ingredients, and the perfect seasoning make each bite unforgettable. The staff does a fantastic job, always friendly and welcoming, creating an atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.
I genuinely feel this is the best food on earth. The care and passion that go into each dish are undeniable. May God bless the owner and this amazing establishment for bringing such joy to so many people through their food.
If you haven’t tried their steak hoagie subs yet, do yourself a favor and go now. You won’t regret it!
Don’t use the photo to get an idea on the presentation. The initial presentation was great! The food looks amazing. It smells amazing! But too much salt. I’m sure it was a mistake because of the reviews. But I can only judge on what I ate. It was not busy on Friday around 4:30… service was fine. Notice I had to take meat off because it was too salty! First time I have ever thought about rinsing off a steak sub lol. It’s a shame because you can taste the flavor hiding behind the salt. I would give less than 3 stars but the salt really feels like a mistake that someone didn’t know how to fix.

The food is very good. The customer service is horrible. The owner is very rude and aggressive. The food takes forever to be made. It is a takeout place and you cannot stay and eat. Also there may be a chance that you order food and you never receive it, refunds take days if ever received.

Won't let me get a sandwich without the drinks and fries. I've had the food once, it was amazing. But the sheer stupidity of not having the sandwiches alone on the menu. And forcing a drink on EVERY ITEM?! what a weird joke. Act like a restaurant if you want my business again. What a shame.
Also, you ONLY have online ordering. So price gouging on door dash is EXCEPTIONALLY scummy. Their fee is what YOU pay, for the marketing and exposure. Not to pass along to already paying dash pass customers. But not surprising from someone trying to con me into paying $22 for a $15 sandwich and then forcing the $4 20oz drink and $7 handful of fries I don't want.
