If I could give 0 star I'll. Most disgusting rudest people I have ever come across. As soon as I walked in they attacked and pounced at me and yelled at me. I was going to order food for my whole family but decided not to. Nasty and Rude behaviour. I don't understand how this place is still in business with people who act like gang members. Avoid at any cost. I tried to call and speak to the manager but I believe its the manager who yelled at me and verbally attacked me. Will never go there!! Highly disappointed

The food here used to be good a couple years ago. The last three times I ordered from this place I just threw the food away. Hoagie tasted absolutely disgusting! I’m not sure if they’re using different meat or ingredients or have a new cook every week but this place went from having a good hoagie to the worse hoagie I’ve ever had. I’ll never go back. A handful of my friends said the same thing and feel the same way about this place. There’s been times where I put in a order, went to go get it and they never made my food I ordered 30 minutes before so I had to wait there another half hour, that happened more than once.

The regular steak hoagie was just a little bit too salty. I have ordered in the past there and it was not as salty and the steak had a different texture. That's my opinion. I will order from there again but I will request not to much seasoning.

I had the steak hoagie it was excellent the sauce on the hoagie reminded me of a place from the pass Scottie steak house which was amazing and so was my steak sandwich. Also the French fries are freshly cut and sooooo good. I will be going back. This was the Hoagie shop of Hertel ave. EXCELLENTParking: Parking lot across the street and it's free.
I don’t know what happened, but I took one bite out of my steak hoagie and I was sick for three days I don’t know if it was cross-contamination, but I don’t get sick from food. Never been sick from food and the hoagie stop got to do better.
Had a chicken finger sub and trust me this sub was so meaty and tasty (pause). The food was at the perfect temperature by the time I got home and was ready to eat. I only ate half as their chicken fingers are some of the biggest in the town (pause). I am thoroughly impressed and will be ordering again. Absolutely great food, although the chicken finger sub was GREAT, the Steak west side special with extra cheese reigns supreme. Top 3 in WNY! Hands down.

The flavor of the hoagies are good, and the fries are great, but the hoagie itself is like soup on a roll that is impossible to eat without getting messy or without the roll crumbling

The food here is good I’ll give them that. However as an Uber eats driver I genuinely hate their policy on having to confirm an order before your even allowed to touch the bags, last night was the second time I’ve picked up from this location and had an issue with their staff not handing me the correct order, not only did they not give me the correct order, but shorted me one and would let me confirm correctly before leaving the store.
