When the service is poor it affects everything. I’ve never been in the restaurant in the evening and the young woman working the counter with the bun and the black glasses is extremely rude. Her response to customers asking simple questions like how much longer is ridiculous. Her customer service skills totally sucked. The men on the grill cooking and acting as if they really don’t want to be there. Isaiah on the other hand was professional and handled customers with respect and a smile. He balanced out the bad reflection the rest of his night crew displayed. So sad that our own people (black people) would do this representing our community and a black owned business. It be your own people though. I’ll stick to the day crew.

The Hoagie Shop popped into my feed last night. I looked at the pictures and today I went to the Shop on Clinton St. I got a steak and cheese. It was one of the best Hoagies Ive had in Buffalo. If you haven't been to their shop I recommend it. I give it a 5/5 perfect score

The main thing I gotta say is, they do not skimp out on ingredients.
Tons of cheese, steak, sauce… no penny pinching goin on here.

some really big literally and tall cook was very unpleasant upon grabbing my order, no getting just carrying on a full size conversation in the front. There wouldn't be a next time for this main location. It's one thing to spend my money but to add unpleasantness is appalling.
