Every time I have come here the staff is attentive and respectful. The service is amazing, and the food comes out hot. The fries steal the show but everything else comes in close. The wings are cooked perfectly, the BBQ sauce is super sticky and the perfect consistency. The Jerk wings where sweet and spicy, and their take on a cheese steak has to be some of the best I've ever had. I come here every time I'm out this way in Buffalo. Couldn't recommend them more.

I came in placed my order. The young man told me 30 minutes walked out to my vehicle. Sat in it for 30 minutes. Returned back inside the restaurant, here's a gentleman call my ticket because he sees that I return back and they claim they did not receive my ticket Order when I simply heard him tell them my order. I told him I was not going to wait another additional 30 minutes so he refunded me back my money. I took it without counting it but when I got home I realized that he did not give me all of my money. He did not give me back my $3 tip that I had initially gave him before I got no service I've been going to this place since Allen Street and I've always gotten good service. However, this is my second time coming to the main Street site which is much much closer to home than service. There is horrendous. We need to do better. This is one of the reasons why other restaurant establishments succeed longer than African American establishments. He didn't even offer me anything for courtesy. He didn't say well ma'am. I can give you your food for half off nothing. He just looked at me and said oh I'm sorry I don't know what happened and handed me back my money sad

Food is AMAZING! The steak subs are just like the Ole school Scotties Steak subs from back in the day on Jefferson ave! Breakfast plates perfect! Possibly the kitchen should be mindful of the loud music!! Sort of distracts from the high quality of the food atmosphere. Note, as the kitchen is near the eating and pickup area, you may leave with clothes smoke smell. Overall great food@

We were looking for a new steak sub place after ours abruptly closed. Tried a few places and my brother told us to try this place. Our search is over! Called and ordered told me 20 minutes gave it an extra 10 and my food was ready when I got there! Now let’s get on the sub…I ordered 3 8” steak hoagies. One of the best steak subs I’ve tasted in a while. It was so stuffed full of meat, not dry but also not too much sauce, it was just right!! My boys were mad because they had to split one it was that good. Next time they will get their own. Price wise I don’t think it was bad at all. Definitely will be back!

I read these reviews and laugh, this is Buffalo Nancy, put on your big boy pants, its not the workers job to kiss your but and make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside!! I definitely recommend this place and will be back😎
Well I wanted to try this place out because everyone says they are good well my first experience with there food was miss and I will not be spending money here I asked for extra sauce and barely got any. The meat is over cook so basically it’s burnt the bun was burnt. Then they give you more cheese than sausage on the steak and sausage. $34 dollars for 2 8 inch subs that are not edible. Lesson learned. Trash

The food is so good that the wait to get the food is crazy. Which is the reason why I gave it the review it got. I love to order from here but hate the long wait to get my food. Regardless I do recommend it but more on days you have free time.
