I don't usually complain about airport food, but this place's breakfast sandwiches should be illegal. It was room temp sausage and cold eggs...also about 90% bread. If I didn't have a flight to catch, I would have asked for a refund. If you want food in BUF, go to Queen City Kitchen a few gates away.

We had the swiss cheese, fried egg and meat croissant. It was very good and fresh. It is warmed up for you when you order it. Service was quick and you pay for your food at a kiosk. Recommended. Even though it's a bit expensive because it was $11 each for the sandwich with no hash browns or coffee.
Purchased coffee but alas no coffee, creamer, milk, etc. everything was empty. Came back 15 minutes later and nothing had been refilled. Asked for my money back and then they brought the coffee out but no sides. Such things are understandable if things are busy but there was literally no business. Employee seemed to be powwowing in kitchen area and having fun. They clearly didn't care and can ruin what otherwise could be a great business. Sad as I am a business owner myself.

No options for Vegan or Vegetarian. Tired to get a veggie scramble, only served for breakfast. Tried to get a roasted vegetable salad no roasted vegetables, tried to get soup, no soup. Ended up with a bagel and cream cheese which is obviously not a decent some what healthy meal at all. Buffalo airport is the worst for food options.

Their Kensington (Turkey bacon) and The Masten (Chicken) warm Chocolate chip cookies ? Bar is cozy and close to southwest and Delta airlines.Easy check out on kiosk. No wait line.
