I was elated to find out Melting Pot has a full vegan menu, but the staff, while super nice and helpful, had no idea what that means or what is vegan. I was brought dairy-based sauces, as well as the mushroom ravioli, which contains both egg and dairy. Luckily their website has a very clear allergen chart which I literally consulted throughout the entire process. All that said, my meal was so good and I will definitely come back!!
8:00 on a Saturday night, at least two mangers on duty and they ran out of sauces. However, when I asked - they’ll have more tomorrow because they make it homemade in house in the morning, BUT can’t figure out how to make extra in a pinch. The weirdest experience I’ve ever had at the Melting Pot, and I’ve been here at least 20 times. In adequate management.

Canadian customer here. Had a reservation and they made us wait for a table while having other people go ahead. When asking the waiting she said “its cause i was getting you a private booth and they agreed on the bar”, but when we walked by they were sitting on a regular booth and not the bar, clearly they lied to us. We were never asked or offered any sitting option. Then we ordered the basic dinning experience for two. In general service was slow but to be fair they were busy. We ordered the extra toppings which they forgot. Additionally, they forgot the salad and they brought it after the entrees only cause we asked. We got in at 7:15 and left at 9:30 cause of their mess. Spending $150 for this type of experience is not worth it.

My fault for not researching that you 💯 cook all your own food. Artichoke fondue Was delicious. Could have used more veggie options on the fondue board, variety of bread would’ve been nice. Our waitress was a speed talker. Barely understood anything she said. Atmosphere cute romantic low lit. Was under the impression they had vegan cheese options.

Our daughter was home from university and she chose to eat her for her birthday.
This was our third time dining here and while the excellent food and atmosphere had brought us back, this time the service was the thing that impressed us the most.
Logan was incredible. He was able to change our table to one with 2 table burners for us to try multiple cheese, broth and chocolate courses. During dinner his knowledge of the menu helped us choose from the extensive options ensuring complete dining satisfaction. Finally all of the intangibles that come with dining out were covered such as anticipating drink refills sauce refills and pleasant banter were all effortlessly executed turning this from a dinner into an experience.
The cost for dinner I have always felt was a little too expensive overall but service like what was provided by Logan made all the difference. We look forward to dining here again but will definitely be asking for him to take care of us.

We went to celebrate our daughter's 10th birthday. Not an inexpensive experience but it will be one that she remembers for a long time. Thabks to the staff for putting in the extra effort to make her feel special.

We have had an amazing experience visiting this hot pot style restaurant. We ordered cheese fondue and their regular hot pot with selections of sauces and food items, like shrimp, potatoes, broccoli, meat, fish, and so forth. Our server was very nice and friendly. He helped us choose our menus as it gets a little complex sometimes. Overall, we enjoyed our food and atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
