What an amazing experience ! Food, service by chef Darian and his staff and the whole dining experience was absolutely amazing ! They checked every box and some we didn't think of. Perfect for a special occasion celebration !!

We had an incredible dinner at The Plating Society. This was the highlight of the weekend for my extended family who were visiting town. Even days after the dinner, everyone was delighted at how wonderfully delicious the food was!!! Chef Darian was very kind to accommodate special meals for those with dietary restrictions as well as the toddlers in our group. The boutique was a lovely intimate space for our group of 13. We had an unforgettable night!

Beyond words! They succeeded my expectations!I booked The Plating Society for a holiday party for my employees and it was remarkable! Every thing was outstanding, from the staff, to the decor to the food! We had 16 girls total and everyone raved about everything from start to finish and still are the next day !! Highly Highly reccomend!

Attended a surprise 60th birthday celebration for my sister last night.Chef Darien & his staff go above & beyond! Very welcoming, detailed oriented, exquisite establishment! Chef Darian and his team recently hosted a Bridesmaid Proposal dinner for me and 14 friends. Words truly fall short when I try to explain just HOW wonderful our experience was!!!

The food was INCREDIBLE!! Every bite was divine. The atmosphere was absolutely electric. Chef and his team were so supportive, enthusiastic, and so much fun!!! Every single person was so thoughtful & helpful. They made our experience incredibly special & memorable. I genuinely wish that I could dine at The Plating Society every day for the rest of my life!!

Food was beyond amazing, but even better was the personal service and conversation with Chef and the entire staff. Everyone was treated like an old friend. I had to be rolled out after because the serving sizes were very generous to say the least.

Chef Darian, Austin and the whole crew at The Plating Society make any meal a truly memorable special occasion. The food is precisely executed in well-composed, flavorful, dishes with only the finest produce, meats and seafood. However the ambiance is truly elevated with story telling and warmth in an intimate, showcase like setting. Simply could not recommend Chef Darian and The Plating Society any more! I’ve been many times and hope to be back many more!

Wow!!! Easily one of the greatest meals of my life! Everything was amazing, from the atmosphere, the workers and the food. Awesome night eating and drinking with friends in one of the coolest spots in Buffalo. Thank you Chef!
