The food is precisely executed in well-composed, flavorful, dishes with only the finest produce, meats and seafood. However the ambiance is truly elevated with story telling and warmth in an intimate, showcase like setting. Simply could not recommend Chef Darian and The Plating Society any more! I’ve been many times and hope to be back many more!

We had our annual company holiday party at the Plating Society. Chef Darien hosted it and was the life of the party. The food was superb, and the atmosphere was professionally hip, well organized, clean and comfortable. We had 18 people in attendance. Everyone was more than satisfied with the food, and the wine pairing was on point. Chef Darien is entertaining, humble, courteous and a darn good Chef. We already booked our next year's event. Chef Darian and his team recently hosted a Bridesmaid Proposal dinner for me and 14 friends. Words truly fall short when I try to explain just HOW wonderful our experience was!!!The food was INCREDIBLE!! Every bite was divine. The atmosphere was absolutely electric. Chef and his team were so supportive, enthusiastic, and so much fun!!! Every single person was so thoughtful & helpful. They made our experience incredibly special & memorable. I genuinely wish that I could dine at The Plating Society every day for the rest of my life!!

One of my best friends hosted our friends at The Plating Society last night to ask us to be her bridesmaids and the night was unforgettable. Chef Darian and his team made us feel so welcomed and prepared the most delicious meal I’ve ever eaten. They were so friendly and being able to watch them plate and garnish all the food was a really cool experience. I expected small portions and I was dead wrong. We had a feast and I said over and over that they gave us the exact right amount of time between courses to let us digest and get ready for the next. (I have to give a special shout-out to Abby’s pumpkin cheesecake because it was the best dessert I’ve ever had and I am a lover of all things chocolate). It was such an intimate setting and the staff truly felt like they were our friends by the end of the night. I highly recommend this unique dining experience to everyone!

Chef Darian and his staff were the ultimate professionals while still exuding so much enthusiasm and love for what they do. My sister worked with the Plating Society to host her meal to ask us to be her bridesmaids. The entire menu was perfectly crafted and each dish was so full of flavor that I could never even pick a favorite. My mouth is watering just remembering each of the dishes! Chef Darian is an absolutely incredible man. He is SO personable, kind, and truly loves what he does, which is apparent in all aspects of his work!
