We had the most amazing and smooth experience having our daughter’s first communion party. Allison made everything so easy to plan and the staff was so accommodating and wonderful. The food was a hit as well. HIGHLY recommend!

went for dinner on Saturday night at 5pm. We were sat immediately. we had the clams casino, the pot stickers , braised beef brisket and the beef ragu. everything was delicious! Some of the best clams casino i have had in a while!
Definitely worth checking it out. love that the owners gave new life to an old favorite!

Riverfield has easily become one of my favorites ! I’ve tried a few things from their menu and I can’t say enough how amazing their food is. Clams casino, brisket poutine fries (heavenly!), brisket sandwich out of this world, and my Dad can’t stop talking about the pork chop. He said he got the opportunity to tell the Chef how wonderful the meal was and said he was happy to share that, as the cooks often don’t get to physically hear the customers give them praise since they are in the kitchen cooking away. Nana Pat’s linguine and clams was also so delicious! The staff is all so warm and welcoming, you feel like you’re at home. If you haven’t tried Riverfield yet, get there! You certainly won’t regret it!

Lisa, our server, was Amazing ?. It was our first experience; and even with a large party, which included children, she was pleasant and kind. Also, take the server suggestions, she did not disappoint! ORDER THE BRISKET POUTINE! *Chef’s Kiss* It’s original, distinct and very delicious. Went here on a whim one night. Was randomly thinking about and talking about poutine walking in. Bartender asked if I wanted to try the poutine and holy delicious poutine. Gotta be the best in Buffalo! Definitely glad to have stumbled upon this place! Super awesome, definitely recommend coming here!!

We surprised my wife for her 60th birthday with a Sunday brunch at Riverfield. Food, staff and private room were excellent. A great venue with a lovely view of the Buffalo River. My wife was thrilled with everything. Our thanks to Allison for helping with the reservation and planning and Chef Scott for the delicious food. 5 stars!!

Hidden gem in South Buffalo! The menu is solid and varied and their poutine is outstanding! While their food is wonderful, their staff is delightful and attentive. This is our new favorite in South Buffalo.
This place was INCREDIBLE! I never write reviews but this place truly deserves it. I had the best food I’ve ever had in my entire life. And on top of an amazing meal the service was top tier! Will be coming back often.

The Prices Here are Simply Out of Whack; and the Menu is very Limited Until Dinner. The Food is simply Not Worthy of Prices. It's good, but not $80 Lunch for Two Good. Staff is Great, the Decor Lovely, and the View of the River is Gorgeous. But You can see Beautiful Views of the Buffalo River for Free across the street at the Seneca Bluffs County Park, along with Deer and Rare Birds. Have a Picnic there.

We were completely blown away. The food and service are absolutely incredible. Prices are VERY fair, and they even have a good wine selection (I'm a self proclaimed wine-o). A friend recommended this to us, and although it's 25 minutes from home, we will DEFINITELY be back. Drunken clams and poutine fries for apps - I loved that the portions weren't huge! Then we had the steak sandwich, pork belly sandwich, lemon shrimp, and fish tacos. Each one of was raving after every single bite. Go here!! You won't regret it. Our server, Lily, was absolutely fantastic. She is a gem!

After multiple visits to Riverfield, I’ve finally gathered a full opinion on the place. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and his wife, who went above and beyond to ensure my party and I had a satisfying experience.
The portion sizes are generous and will leave you perfectly full. While the food took a little time to come out, it was well worth the wait. The care and effort from the kitchen crew were evident in every bite. The owner is clearly fostering an inviting atmosphere, which is commendable given how hard it is to find good staff these days!
Additionally, the parking lot has been completely redone. It is very spacious and offers easy accessible parking. I plan on coming here again, and even if I move out of Buffalo, I will make it a point to visit! Riverfield is a hidden gem for sure!
