Smitty wings were great - cooked perfectly and flavored well. Sandwich was so-so, but I would try something different next time. Very clean we'll set restaurant ... they are on my list to go back, soon.

From the moment you walk into the restaurant, you are greeted with a family/neighborhood atmosphere. The food is ALWAYS wonderful! Each time I go, I try something new and I'm never disappointed.Tonight was the pork chops (with apple chutney), linguine with clams and a kids meal (yes, there is a kids menu). All were YUMMO!Make sure you save room for dessert. Tonight we had the Neapolitan cake and it was devoured in record time.Stop in and enjoy a night out!Vegetarian options: Several vegetarian options

We came in for dinner with a party of 8 on a Sunday. Lily was our waitress and she was outstanding! Attentive and friendly. Food was outstanding! I had the corned beef dinner and I usually do not eat cabbage but this was excellent! Everyone at the table enjoyed their meals and it was clean and cozy environment. Cannot recommend enough!

I would give this place 2 stars but the service we received was exceptional (shout-out to Lily) and that's the only reason it raised the level. However, we gotta talk about both the food and the prices. The food was bland and the prices were outrageous. We were a party of 3. My girlfriend and I got 2 drinks each. One Tito's and soda during the appetizers and a pinot noir for dinner. My daughter had a Shirley Temple. For appetizers, we got 10 wings and a Bavarian pretzel. Dinner, I got two soups and a side of fries. One French Onion and one Red Pepper Bisque. My daughter got a chicken Caesar salad and my friend had a Shrimp Diablo. We got a peanut butter Creme Brûlée for dessert. Our bill was $195. Now, if we were in NYC at a steakhouse I could understand that for a party of 3. But the local bar and grill? Come on, man. The wings were good. We got hot (they were not). The pretzels were delicious but the cheese sauce we got with it was thick and tasteless. My soups were both bland. I guess the chef doesn't believe in salt. The chicken my daughter received was small (about 4oz), boiled, with no seasoning and the plate was the size of a side salad, not an entrée size. They charged me $25 for that. I got three 1.5 oz ramekins of aioli to dip the fries in. They were $2.50 each which is outrageous. I mean it's mayonnaise with seasoning so $2.50 each is crazy. That's like buying a whole other appetizer. The Creme Brûlée was nice and I like the twist with the peanut butter. Overall, I don't think I will be going back. I need to have flavor when I go out. Especially if I am paying an arm and a leg for it. For the location (unsavory and remote), the interior (bleak and stark), the food (unappetizing) and the prices (created in a fever dream of delusion) I will be giving this place 2.5 stars but Yelp doesn't do half stars, so the service brings it to 3. I don't think I will be giving this place a second go round. It's just not worth it.

Stopped by for the first time with a friend last night. Service was very good...food not as good. I got a Scottie Chicken Delight. Loved that they use the good, coated (I think) fries but...after taking a few bites of my sandwich and finding the chicken breast way too soft (was like eating a piece of moist cake, I swear) I took a closer look at it and found a colorless piece of white meat that had clearly been boiled. I would have preferred if they had grilled the chicken but I suppose it gets boiled ahead of time and heated in a microwave and tossed on a bun. The other problem is the men's room. They should seriously rethunk that one because when someone opens the door you can clearly see the back of someone that is urinating!! Lovely. So...am taking a star off for each and leaving 3 for good service. Best I can do. Stop boiling the chicken and put some type of partition in front of that door please.

First time stopping in. Will be back. Hostess and bartenders were friendly and good conversation.I decided to try the appetizer of bbq pork belly with peas and sweet potatoes. Whoever came up with this creation....kudos!!! Outstanding! Ended with an egg nog creme brulee. I don't even like egg nog, but had no problem devouring it. Stop in and give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
