Ordered seasonings for making sausage 2 weeks ago, still no delivery. Emailed, called, and tried to do an online chat. No response to email, can't leave a message (complaint box FULL ), cannot do online chat,(won't allow me to type in message/complaint) THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE MY MONEY!

I will add to the negative reviews. My husband has raved about and promoted this business name for over a decade. He literally bought the book by the original sausage maker, and made a special trip when we visited the state to purchase from them. He could've been their wingman.

We are both from this area. Rytek Kutas would roll over in his grave if he knew how some customers are being treated. Similar to another man's recent review, a sincere email was sent questioning if a product was still good and he received a very rude, I mean super unprofessional response.

Stand behind your product; and even if the customer may have misunderstood something, offer a solution and be kind. We won't be returning.

This was our first experience with this company and we were excited because they have a lot of products and parts. However we started with a five pack of high temperature cheeses and some sausage casings. Received them in a timely manner but the Best By stamp on two of the cheeses was two days after receiving and on the other was in two months. They put a card in with the order saying that you could refrigerate up to three months and that they don't recommend freezing. None of my five packages is going to last for three months as far as the Best By date. I wrote to the company to tell them of my issue and as a new customer that I was not satisfied and was hoping this was the beginning of a long-term relationship. Johnny Paa wrote back and said the cheese is fine that is a sale by date not a storage date. I reminded him that it was a quality date not sell by. And that I was surprised by his response because I thought he would at least replace the two that expired two days after I got them. Of course when I say expired I mean the Best By quality had expired. He wrote back to tell me that eggs have a sale by date but will last for months in my refrigerator. This isn't a sale by date. It's a quality date. He told me to do what I gotta do. Wow 🤯

I recently placed an order from them and they had a promotion going on for a free gift if you order over $50. So I placed the order and received the items I ordered but did not get my free gift (a book) when leaving feedback I mentioned the forgotten book and promptly received an email from the president apologizing for the mistake he asked what I had ordered and sent it right out and I received the book in the mail a few days later. Great customer service made the mistake right. They have quality products I have bought many products from them and never been disappointed in the quality. I will continue to use them for my smoking and curing needs and spices

I have used this place several times in the past and have been very happy. Recently I made an order on a Sunday for supplies and by Friday afternoon it still hadn’t been shipped from the facility! I was told they don’t make shipments on weekends which is totally understandable but near the end of the 5th business day it still hasn’t been shipped so I had them cancel the order. That is completely unacceptable! Alison, the customer service rep was very professional and prompt with email responses but other than that poor service. I have referred several hunting friends to them but am spreading the word to order a few weeks in advance or drive to the nearest butcher supply store.
