The Terrace at Delaware Park

What a beautiful spot! We went here for good brunch and a beautiful view. Definitely recommend the truffle fries. My cocktail was The Hurricane, strong but really good. The pate on the Charcuterie board was also incredible.

Cool views of the park and the history museum!

This place and lake affect diner are the two best restaurants I have ever been to in buffalo and I have been to buffalo about five times amazing truffle fries and chicken sandwiches amazing service best atmosphere I have ever seen so beautiful wish I had a photo

The food is good but I think the main reason to eat here is the setting on the terrace with excellent views overlooking Hoyt Lake and the History Museum in the background.
The WiFi is excellent - no password required. At least on a rainy weekday there was ample street parking.Attentive service- quick to fill your water and frequently asking whether you need anything and if everything is okay.
One negative - the fish was tough [I don't know if I've ever had tough fish]. It came with a large serving of polenta. The brussel sprouts were tasty and it was a good size portion. The Buddha bowl was nicely presented and flavorful.
There are many beers on tap to choose from.
Inside was a busy bar scene that was extremely loud- more than I'd like but some may like that.

Vegetarian options: The Buddha Bowl is excellent and the brussel sprouts are very good.

The Terrace hosted our rehearsal dinner and welcome party, and they did an amazing job! The event coordination was perfect and the food was delicious. The drinks and the welcome party were all incredible, and the finger foods (Buffalo specialities) were fantastic. They also managed allergies incredibly well. Additionally, the space and service were both remarkable. We highly recommend The Terrace for any events you might be considering.

Just went here for Buffalo Restaurant Week and had to leave a review immediately because it exceeded our expectations! We were seated right away after having made reservations. The service was very quick with the drinks, apps, and entrees all coming quickly. Everything was delicious! I don’t see some of these items on their menu on their website, so maybe they are seasonal? But it was all great.

They are very slow and the waiters are rude. If you have 2 or 3 hours, you can come here.
