This is the closest thing you’ll get to Michelin star restaurant in Buffalo. I’ve been living in Buffalo for a year coming from NYC and this place definitely has beautiful views, vibes and eclectic Cajun style food.

Parking: It seems there is no dedicated restaurant parking but Delaware Park street parking and Art Museum parking lot. Plenty of parking after Sunset.

Great spot for dinner on a Friday (they have jazz then) after a trip to the art museum. Right next to the lake in the Olmsted-designed Delaware Park.Food was delicious. I had the Chicken Chalet, it was perfectly cooked.

Made a reservation for the Sunday Jazz brunch. The patio is enclosed and heated. The atmosphere and service are very nice. We sat right next to the piano which was a little too loud for casual conversation. The music was nice. The menu selections were very unique. All in all it was a very enjoyable experience.

What a fantastic little place. It was late Winter when we visited so sat on the covered/protected outdoor deck. Prices are fair.
This is my favorite place for a feel good evening with great view and nice food to enjoy a beloved person’s company. They have interesting drinks and a good menu.I would definitely recommend it.

It's a nice building and atmosphere. The coffee was lukewarm and tasteless. The French toast tasted very good, however it was not very warm. Our server was very nice and friendly.
This place is beautiful located next to the lake, their menu is pricey meaning there is less risk of seating next to screaming children's or someone in the mood of nonsense. So far every time I visit the atmosphere is pleasant.Menu is good with a nice variety, worth the price specially when the kitchen must not be that big (judging by the building).Love being able to make my reservations online, and I like how they keep me posted of future events.Staff is OK, not over friendly, not rude, could be more knowledgeable on the rules and etiquette of serving a table specially with the prices we are paying. But at the same time this place has live music so ppl tend to take longer at a table, limiting the covers of a server and this has strong influence on the service you will receive.Overall when I have friends in town I make sure to make The Terace the first place I take them for a nice meal, it has all is needed for a first good impression of Buffalo.

As a last minute group of seven, we decided to have lunch pre-wedding dress shopping last Saturday. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a welcoming gentleman at the hostess stand. Slowly but surely, we gathered together and were escorted to a great table with plenty of room for all of us.Our waitress extraordinaire was absolutely delightful! She knew when to stop and check on us and held great conversations. There was something for everyone and the prices were affordable. The only thing I'd change is that my waffle was a bit cold. Not a single one of us had a complaint or needed anything else. I will be back!

Great server, food was average but tasty. Tried to get a drink at the bar before dinner and stood there for almost 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. Ended up being seated before we were able to be served at the bar. Our server boxed up our leftovers which is always appreciated. The live music was really nice and not too loud.Vegetarian options: Mushroom dish (I didn't get it but I love flat #1 mudrooms)Wheelchair accessibility: From the road, ready access to the terrace restaurant. There is also handicap parking closer to the entrance.
