Good food but great service. We enjoyed ourselves quite a bit. Gotta try the Minky Boodle and the coconut rum caramel sauce!

I was there Saturday for the Lager Jam. Great atmosphere, delishious food. Must try the corn dogs! Beer line up was awesome. Had a good time, but they needed to get the event time lined out before advertising. Even the staff were clueless. We were under the impression the event ended at 7. Which meant the beer prices with our ticket went till 7. Not so.

My favorite place to go in Elmwood. Good food, decent prices, obscure beers and ciders. I’ll miss the brew-punk flavor after the remodel, but the staff is the same. Always polite and helpful.

Good beer, friendly staff. Didn’t try the food, maybe next time.

Terrible service. Ask the desk whether they are serving food and they tell you to ask the bartender. The bartender makes you wait patiently only to be told that the kitchen is already closed two hours before the stated time on the menu and there are lots of people still there.

Great in house made wing flavors, service and atmosphere was terrific. Meet a few friends for Happy Hour and was not disappointed. Great choices of Brews and already made plans with friends to come back.

Thin Man is such an amazing place, it has fantastic food on a menu that is constantly being updated; along with unique and fun specials (with plenty of veggie and vegan options) The beer selection is amazing, and being able to try something different every time you go makes each visit it's own experience. One of the only locations that consistently has sours, ciders, and goses; they aren't type-cast by a wall of IPA's the way some breweries can be. Upstairs and downstairs bar/seating, a small game room, live music, a projector for sports, and outdoor/balcony seating round off the great vibes of this location. Staff is always very friendly, and all manage to be very likable and make great connections. I recently had a server named Zach and he overheard us discussing other locations in the city and ended up giving us great advice on clubs and music venues in the area. He also was incredibly knowledgeable about the beer menu, and saved me from ordering something I would not have liked by asking a few simple questions and having me taste a sample first. I ended up getting his recommendation and it was one of the best beers I've had there yet!

Good beer and good food. The French fries came with a bbq aioli and an A1 aioli. The bbq aioli tasted just like bbq chips... delicious! We tried six different beers and we liked them all. The space was pretty small and pretty loud because of the size, so not a place to go if you're looking for an intimate conversation. I would definitely come here again!

The food was fantastic, the service not so much. We decided to have our rehearsal dinner here and for an appetizer we ordered the pretzels with beer cheese off the catering menu, when the pretzels were gone there was still a lot of the beer cheese left so we asked to get just more pretzels. I noticed that we were charged another $60 for a second appetizer when we didn’t get the full appetizer. When I called the manager to discuss this I was told that “the cheese is just a condiment that comes with the pretzels. You’re really paying for the pretzels there’s 60 of them so it comes to $1 a pretzels bite” that to be is absolutely ridiculous. Also no one came to my husband or I to check on us or ask if we needed anything or even thank us for spending almost $1000 in food and who knows how much more on drinks. We will not be coming back which is sad because that location is where my husband and I met so it has a special place in our hearts. Do better thinman. Severely disappointed in the service you provide to private parties.

Beers great here just not the work ethic. Came on a Saturday with not one empty bar stool at 11:15 and was info informed last call would be at 11:30. Everywhere says closes at 1am not a good look for a full bar?????

Okay here we go I visited this brewery this past weekend, the food was good I was stuffed to the brim. So yay for that! BUT here's where my beef lies. The service was terrible, our server was Zachary. He was the worst server ever, it's like he didn't want to speak to us I had to go over to him and ask about flight options and specific questions. He never asked us "how's the food" or if we needed anything else. He was engaged with other tables around us but not ours. I just don't get it. He legit was speaking to them and making jokes smh. I saw another staff member who was super hardworking (I wish I knew his name but he was bald and had glasses) and I wished he was our server. I'm sorry Zachary but I need you to do better. I probably won't be back to this brewery because I don't want to feel ignored.

They have the best brunch I have ever had in Buffalo. Their hash breakfast bowl is perfection, sweet potatoes, peppers, egg and sausage. Their french toast is just whoa! Outta this world. Its perfectly cooked, flavorful with hints of cinnamon and lightly glazed with sweetness. The staff are so kind and friendly. They also have drag and burlesque brunches, which feature a show and delicious food and they include mimosas.
