omg i wish there was better parking around here because i LOVED IT! the woman working was very kind :D the rasp matcha was super good and so was the choc chip cookie! loved the vibes also, looks like theres a place for live music and events which i rlly wanna go to now... there were puzzles and games and a whole quiet chill top floor! and bathrooms which is nice soooo yeah def recommend except the parking situation, sidewalks were not cleared so we had to trench thru mountains and walls of snow but obviously not the fault of the business. just a warning we had to park very far and trek thru the snow on a very cold day! so not accessible for some!

Big fan of the energy here. There are always delicious treats and honestly a new variety each time. If it’s in season you MUST try the banana bread iced matcha!!! It could make a grown man cry. There are nooks and cozy crannies throughout.. even the bathroom is warm and welcoming!! Events almost daily and other ways to keep busy including puzzles, games, coloring. Take a step outside and you get the best view of the Buffalo Skyline.

OBSESSED WITH THIS PLACE!!! the food is incredible, the vibes are immaculate, and the staff is wonderful!! They’ve got a lot of cool events to check out and it’s the perfect place to grab a drink and hang!!
What a great spot in Buffalo! The Judy breakfast bagel (with the space sauce on the side) was absolutely delicious. My only regret is not having more time to hang out or come back at night for some comedy. The food is fantastic, and the vibes are really fun and welcoming. Sharing this partly so I don’t forget to come back next time I’m in town. 🥰

Being from NYC I am on a constant search for the best breakfast sandwich in Buffalo. Most of them are trash. Third Space however makes the best Bacon, Egg and Cheese (American) on an everything bagel in Buffalo. Yes, I said it. I came here twice to confirm this. Get their specialty sauce (some sort of spicy mayo) on it. Book it! seriously you will regret not getting that order. Those bagels are 'almost' NYC quality, which is a huge complement from me.
