The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't as good as I was expecting from a high end barbecue joint. I ordered this Nashville hot chicken and there was nothing hot about it (other than temperature, it was definitely fresh lol) it was described as a maple, brown sugar, spicy, breaded chicken. Excellent food. We have tried most everything on the menu. A lot of attention to detail. Example: had their fish fry recently. Fish was excellent, but the potato salad, macaroni salad, and coleslaw are all homemade. Large macaroni noodles. Used a combo of regular and sweet potato…No cheap canned junk you typically get in a Buffalo fish fry. Ribs are great with several sauces to try. Great backed beans.
