I feel sorry for the staff this morning the cashier asked for help and the baker was being rude slamming things in the front desk and in the kitchen. He should of stayed home and not bring that type of energy in the facility alto make staff and customers uncomfortable

Same crap different day with Tim Hortons. This location is filthy!!!! I ordered a med Tea and the person taking my order repeated “hot tea” to which I replied yes. I get my drink walk to my car and as usual I have coffee which I didn’t order. I understand mistakes happen but this is the norm unfortunately.

When the cashier was trying to take my order, another employee kept trying to have a conversation with her as if a customer wasn’t there. Then the cashier herself was very rude and pretty much yelled at me when I didn’t understand what she was asking— just repeated the same thing over and over without any clarification and raised in voice in an annoyed tone. Wouldn’t come back for the service alone.

There is a clear difference between the tim Hortons on main street and other stores i arrived from NYC following morning I go to the store there's one worker who simply raised her hand up as you tried to talk to her she just kept checking her cell phone she eventually took the order and with her gloved hands scooped the scrambled eggs mind you she's already touched the register counter tops and everything else absolutely rude and unprofessional
Hard working but understaffed Tim Hortons with a moron cosmopolitan clientele that thinks they are at a Starbucks. Read the room morons Get your coffee and crumpets and get out.

This is far and away the WORST Tim Horton's establishment in all of Buffalo. The management there must be agents of chaos who genuinely delight in the anger and disappointment of their customers. Avoid this location at all costs unless you feel like putting yourself in an awful mood.

Very bad service today ? the Indian cashier didn't want to make any food he was taking orders and no one was preparing the food making customers ? mad ? the black girl was busy in the back taking care of the delivery while he was weighing on her to get back and start cooking the food and thas not right he should be helping her but instead o have to scream at him a bout my food not being make ! And then he finally make it . Shame on him !!!!! Was great wen larrisa was working there she was always helping the staff!!!
