This is far and away the WORST Tim Horton's establishment in all of Buffalo. The management there must be agents of chaos who genuinely delight in the anger and disappointment of their customers. Avoid this location at all costs unless you feel like putting yourself in an awful mood.

Very bad service today ? the Indian cashier didn't want to make any food he was taking orders and no one was preparing the food making customers ? mad ? the black girl was busy in the back taking care of the delivery while he was weighing on her to get back and start cooking the food and thas not right he should be helping her but instead o have to scream at him a bout my food not being make ! And then he finally make it . Shame on him !!!!! Was great wen larrisa was working there she was always helping the staff!!!

There is a very NASTY caucasian middle aged gapped tooth inbred looking woman behind the counter that is DISRESPECTFUL to every customer that comes in there. She doesn’t speak to people nicely at all and she has no intent on giving professional customer service. She should be FIRED. There’s enough reviews saying how rude she is!! She will make this location lose customers for sure, ? guaranteed. Not surprised the other reviews are bad as well.

Got three donuts that were tossed in a bag, upside down, on top of each other, so they all stuck to each other and the bag. Also asked for the vanilla donuts, which they had plenty of but got chocolate instead. Had a hard time understanding the girl at the register which is ok, but when I asked her to say it again please, she seemed annoyed with my request. Not my first time to drop by first thing on the way to work but each time there is always something. People are either yelling at each other or giving me the wrong order or being rude. You get the picture. I'd understand this if I was a rude customer but I'm being really nice, polite and wishing them a good day. Maybe they're not getting paid enough or maybe its not a good work environment...try to figure out what's going on and work on it.

Bathrooms are locked at 745 w close at 830, workers claimed they had deep cleaned (lol, sure you did) and didn't want anymore customers . Lazy, sullen, inhospitable employees. LAZY. LAY-ZEE.

woman who served me today had an extremely nasty attitude, charged me for two drinks and then insisted I should have corrected her when she read my order back. (she did not say two drinks when she read my order back) completely unprofessional and it’s obvious someone needs to be retrained and they should all be wearing name tags.
