If there is a zero start, I’d rather to put zero star the worst Tim Hortons in the world,It showing in google maps that’s close in 8:00 pm, but if you go there you will see it it’s closed . If you going any time from 4pm the will tell you we clean the machine. Are you kidding me ????????
The worst thing i want at 8:45am and they only open the drive through??? Why ?? You you supposed be open. I want you to go to Canada and see who it’s work.

Not only was my order wrong, but staff allowed burnt food to leave their restaurant and took payment for poor quality.

Went for breakfast and when i got to my office not only was the order wrong but the croissant was brunt. I am shocked that management would allow anything like this to leave their establishment.

Absolutely ridiculous. Don't know how to make any. Type of coffee completely rude and ignorant. Don't even give you your full order at the window and then argue that they never Charged you

If I could give negative stars, I would. This is what I just wrote into the corporate website:
This morning I went to this Tim Hortons and as I was ordering, I noticed that what I had asked for was not on the screen (it just said "special order"). The man asked in a rude tone, "so anything else then?" I said "no, but can I please get a small amount of mocha in that?" and the employee said "yes, I can hear you, we all can hear you." I was confused by this, especially since I still didn't see my order on the screen and by the situation and responded, "what?" and again the employee (a man) said in a louder, more aggressive voice, "WE ALL CAN HEAR YOU" two or three more times over and over again. I pulled up shocked and said the the young lady (whom when I said Hi to her, she just stared at me) I said "I'm sorry, I didn't see it on the screen I didn't mean to make the man upset. She continued to just stare at me, saying nothing.
I have been going to that Tim Hortons for months, and nothing like that has ever happened. Not only was it incredibly rude and hurtful (basically yelling at a customer) and then just weird by the other employee just looking at me.
If I had done something to upset the employee, I am very sorry. I think this was supposed to be a miscommunication, but it turned into aggressiveness. I even attempted to apologize at the window and was met with silence.
So, I obviously will never go to that Tim Hortons again and actively tell everyone I know that this happened. I truly am in awe at how (regardless of being in a customer service role), how mean that employee was. I was actually so disgusted by this interaction I threw my coffee out.

Very rude workers. Asked for soup all I got was a NO. asked for chili again a NO. They were very rude. I asked why there was no soup and received the response, because we don't. It's not ready. Then I asked for the meal deal for 5.99 he started ringing up everything separate. Very rude customer service. I'll be going elsewhere!
Delicious coffee and donut. Please definitely needs a good cleaning though

Person taking order was rushing me with order, did not state cost before or ding to go to window. Person at window also in hurry. I feel when ordering coffe to go esp. if more than 1 should have sleeve on cup or a holder.

Coffee was lukewarm, breakfast wrap was cold and staff was rude. Spoke to management she could care less and refused a refund. I expect this kind of behavior from McDonalds and BK which is why I stopped patronizing there. This location has gone down hill.
