Person taking order was rushing me with order, did not state cost before or ding to go to window. Person at window also in hurry. I feel when ordering coffe to go esp. if more than 1 should have sleeve on cup or a holder.
I'm truly impressed. I drove into a pretty long line (rush hour) and hesitated going in. I took a chance and never experienced such a fast-paced, efficient, and friendly environment. What I thought would be a long time (like McDonald's) was only a few minutes. What an amazing team, and I hope all of them get recognized for what they do.I went again this morning, and I had the exact same experience.
Im from New England and there are no Tim Hortons but instead Dunkins. My 2 brothers and I use to get so excited everytime our parents pulled into Dunkin Donuts when we were young because their donuts were so deliciously fresh and huge. Now the donuts are tiny, premade, frozen, and usually stale remnants of the trademark grandure they used to represent. Tim Hortons has taken over what Dunkins seems to care nothing for anymore, and that is quality products. Fastly becoming extinct...
