The offerings your company makes for breakfast are just absolutely great. I was first exposed to your coffee approx. 5 years ago on a vacation to Canada and it is all I buy now (online), and have since tried your donuts, specialty type pastries, and hot breakfast sandwiches, burritos, and hash browns and they rank as my favorite breakfast foods when I can get them. I wish you had locations in Pennsylvania closer to where I live as I would definitely visit a few times a week!

I’m from out of town and always visit this Tim Hortons for a simple cream-filled donut without chocolate. They’ve always been accommodating, but today the new manager was extremely rude and aggressive when I asked.
I’m here for a family member having surgery, and unkindness is unnecessary. Do better — you never know what someone is going through.

Says open at 530 Am but came multiple days after 7 am and store isn’t still open… cars in the parking lot lights off and cones blocking the drive thru. Lazy employees Another Tim hortons less than a mile away on Seneca and Bailey has never let me down Ill be going there for now on

Ordered a small iced coffee w/2 cream received a glass of milk. Not an oz of coffee. This location was running well after their relaunch but seems like they went back to their old ways.
Had to ask multiple times to get something through the drive through. Food was poorly made where the drinks aren’t mixed properly and is half melted when you get it. The toast are cold. Taste like left overs. Employees where cold and looked like we where wasting their time when they chose to work there. If you think you’re getting paid poorly go give your manager or whomever an attitude. We customers are just there to get food. If you don’t want to work there go find work elsewhere. No manners and just overall doesn’t live up to standards. Unpleasant experience. Need to stop hiring people who have no motivation to work
