Took 15 minutes to get a pre order pick up, had an attitude when I decided to speak up and offered no apology and had to ask them to complete my order. Worst drive-thru lay out I've ever seen as it blocks the entries to parking spots, go elsewhere and let this place fall to ruins please

Very inconsistent with orders, we always get the same thing, 2 coffees, 1 iced coffee and 1 steeped tea. It is made differently every time, either with too much sugar or little to none.

They ALWAYS screw up the order somehow. Rarely give napkins with the breakfast wraps or sandwiches. Forget the straws with the drinks. Can't figure out change.
Dietary restrictions: Watch out if you're Diabetic. I've ordered coffee with artificial sweetener and they blast me with sugar ! They're going to kill somebody someday.

The Clinton and Bailey shop is terribly slow. Been to that location three times and this will be the last. If they go any slower they'd be going backwards totally ridiculous that Hispanic woman at the drive-thru is terrible
