Very inconsistent with orders, we always get the same thing, 2 coffees, 1 iced coffee and 1 steeped tea. It is made differently every time, either with too much sugar or little to none.
They ALWAYS screw up the order somehow. Rarely give napkins with the breakfast wraps or sandwiches. Forget the straws with the drinks. Can't figure out change.
Dietary restrictions: Watch out if you're Diabetic. I've ordered coffee with artificial sweetener and they blast me with sugar ! They're going to kill somebody someday.

Lately it seems as if I place a delivery order on the app & it goes to this location, there is a problem with my order... missing timbits, wrong sandwich, drinks that aren't even remotely what was ordered, yet my name is on the bag. They don't even bother sealing the bag(s) up anymore. The last time I had multiple missing items, their customer service just added points to my account. You can only use points on certain items & only 1 per order... defeats the purpose...
