Will no longer go to this location. 2 straight days of errors. Day 1 ordered sausage egg bagel and after having to wait I got bacon that was undercooked. Day 2 ordered same thing and got home to find just a buttered bagel, no egg cheese or meat. No problem taking my money but big problem giving correct order. No wonder this location is always empty.

I usually don't have too many issues here but today I pulled in at 6:02 am and had to pull up to the window because no one responded when I drove through. They were still getting ready. I ordered then and had to wait for 15 minutes for a wrap and a tea. I realized after getting to work that the tea was not green tea with one cream one sugar which she had asked me to clarify twice but chamomile caffeine free no cream. I wish I had noticed sooner because the whole point of stopping was caffeine. Then the light to get out of the lot would not change so I had to turn right instead of left and turn around. Not a good start.

Most things out of or not working. Ordered dozen assorted donuts and got 9 plain, 1 chocolate, 1 sour dough & 1 honey cruller. Lots of upset children when opened the box.
