I had gotten a Oreo ice cap, I found a screw in it and I saw a ball of crushed up Oreos and whip cream at the bottom. But I put it in my mouth and found a bolt in it. I almost cracked my teeth or tooth if I didn’t feel it or either choked on it

The staff were publicly screaming at each other arguing and one of them threw a hot coffee onto the ground. This place is horrific, slow service, rude staff. Worst tims I’ve ever dealt with hand down

Hate this Tim Hortons last week couldn't make espresso this week we don't have peppermint for the hot chocolate. Every time I order and go pick it up there's an issue then you say fine just refund me and they say we can't because it's an online order They can never make a coffee the same way no matter how you order it it's always wrong. Just close.

They do what they want when it comes to your food and drinks you might want 3 cream and your only going to get 1 they don’t care about there service or there product. I just got a pretzel bagel that is suppose to be toasted with extra butter doesn’t look toast nor extra butter.

I order off the Tim Hortons app and I guess because it's by my house its goes there it is the worst food ever the past 2 times the food has been old and stale they just need to shut that place down or get new management

Repeated order to me... then I paid, went to 2nd window and got nothing resembling my double checked order.The staff here at ECMC says to remember "if there is no line, don't dine"Then while complaining, no one knew english ??

Since there is no other way to contact this establishment here I am. I wonder 3-4 coffees daily from here. I order xl most times and 90% of the time I get a large. This morning I ordered with the mobile app. Got to work, went to counter and they were talking. Looked over at me, grabbed my slip and started to pour my coffee then stopped and started doing something else. All while touching food with no gloves! I walked away and will gladly lose out on my $7 on a coffee and egg bites I spent today and never return.

Ecmc Tim Hortons staffed by Middle Eastern women who get the order wrong. I always order a large. 1 week I got a small drink, I explained. She argues I ordered small as if I'm unaware of what I ordered. I told her I always order a large drink. Chilli, the other week, list Buns, but I found crackers instead of buns.

Horrible customer service very rude the impolite I ordered a $14 chipotle, steak and cheese wrap meal. When I got home It was a chicken wrap with very little pieces of chicken too much cheese a little lettuce and tomato in the bag. That is not what I ordered these people are very rude when taking your order. When you try to ask them about your order, they get a attitude I would not spend my money here you will not get what you order. When I told the lady that that was not the donut that I ordered that I told the lady that I would decide because I didn’t know what I wanted. She put a cream filling doughnut in my bag and continued to argue with me when I’m the customer. I will be contacting you today thanks for the reply.
