The girl w red hair who sounded like she couldn't be bothered and had an attitude because she had to do work on the drive thru speaker charged me for the 3 drinks I ordered... Then when I pull up she tells me they're out of the drink I ordered x2. Gee thanks for checking to see what I ordered is available before you charge me $13 somethingđyes i got a refund but how dumb are you?

I came one night with a mobile order and they just closed the grill for the night. And I wanted a grilled steak panini but I had to get it the next day . They didnât think I was trying to scam them or anything and the food was really good and everyone was super nice

I'm just astounded by how easy they mess up orders. The order was a grill cheese panini and I end up with mayo, grilled chicken and cheese. I'm so unsure how you can mess this up.

Manager is extremely rude and unprofessional at the drive thru. People understand itâs not an easy job but you donât need to take out your frustrations and kind paying customers. You should be ashamed of yourself. We were there on April 15, 2025 at about 10:15 AM. They messed up our order. We had to drive back. Wasnât upset about it but, she was. Was extremely rude. Nasty in front of my child. I will never go back. They need to get better managers at this location that are good with people and customer service. I spoke with the assistant manager, who was very kind. But the head manager was horrible and should not work there.
