I’m pretty sure the CEO Timhorton and related teams not really interested on customer service and satisfaction, indeed will not hear any response / reply. I would suggest specifically the CEO / relevant teams should taste the same burned food and provide your true feedback. I belove the CEO Timhorton must be sleeping not interested to customer concerns. Good luck ?
