The employees there are all frustrated foreigners who don’t understand the orders given by costumers and they don’t even know there own Veterans Day promotions making them lose out on more money…. This location has been performing worse ever since Hindus and foreigners have been working that location for a few years now….. horrible service and lack of care for communication

Terrible attitude from the person at the drive through window the last 3x I've stopped in.. Not sure why but the last 3 people have been miserable and a bit rude.. No soup everytime I go, kind of a bummer.. Got chili today and it was not good.. Can't hear the guy mumbling at the speaker box today so that wasnt very fun.. Got to the window and he was so soft speaking I couldn't understand what he was saying.. Probably not going back 3 strikes and you're out...

Waited 10 minutes for a wrap... When it finally came out it was burnt. They remade the wrap but didn't apologize for the wait or burning the wrap. Also, the tables were really dirty. Not good Tim Hortons.

Every drinks I buy from this shop is more sweet than the other Tim Hortons . When I told them to less sweet they don’t accept it and don’t fix anything. And always delay the time and don’t care about the customers. Most of the times the customers are waiting and they keep talking by themselves. Especially the morning staffs re too rude . They don’t care what the customers needs . The evening staffs are good .every time when I order the ice call I only get the taste is too sweet no even get a little taste like coffee . I only get the taste of sweet . When I told them they don’t accept that and this is the third time I have to throw the cup cuz of too sweet.

I get it sucks working overnight (I literally do currently), but I pulled up at 4:00AM to order some food and a drink while on a road trip and buddy literally said “why do you people always do this, it’s too early to be making food”. I don’t know if the person was having a bad day, but if so bro I hope your week gets better, but at least put up a sign saying you can only do drinks at this time, even if it’s just to make the night a bit easier for you.
Won’t give 1 star since I’m sure this location is probably okay normally.

This place socks from managing to what ever they do here. Employees don't even look at you when you enter the dining, plus you can be waiting for someone to even take a Order can take up to 5 minutes to someone realize there s a customer on the line, bottom line they don't even know what is a cappuccino, they always get me with French vanilla, they really socks, nor going there again , today was my last one won't get me again

We are the student of sheridan at cctt and its convenient for us to commute to tim hortans . It has lot of options in drinks and eatery like a new option flatbread .
If you can double toast, a bagel. Or even stir the coffee that I ordered. I moved from a triple triple to a 4X4 Because the machines are never Calibrated correctly. This place can't make a coffee to save their life. You guys should recycle your employees because they suck
