I'm giving them one star because I can't give them a zero!!! I haven't been going to any Tim Hortons lately n there only 3 I go to one on Niagara in riverside, one on Elmwood n the one on Delaware. So I decided to go to the one on Delaware n they had no French vanilla Cappuccino mix so I went to the one on Elmwood n ordered 4 XL, n lets not talk of the price increase. when I got home there about a medium in an XL cup I'm done with the shitty quality that these places have been giving to their customers that's why I stopped before ughhh get ur shit together before u go outta business. Ripping off people who spend hard earned money is BS.

this place sure is a hit or miss. i come here almost every morning before my 6am shift and i usually get here at around 5:30am. there’s one lady here that works the night shift and she takes FOREVER to hand out food and always seems like she’s confused about anything going on. only reason why i gave it a 3 for service is because there’s another young lady that is the complete opposite handing out food left and right without missing a beat

Pulled up to order a coffee at 930 and got no response at drive thru. Could see workers inside and everything was still lit up. They just ignored me until I went away
Edit...the link that tims provided leads to the app where it times out and says there is an error, then force crashes the app. So you can't even file a complaint because their complaint system in the app force crashes the app when you try and submit one. Can't make this stuff up

Listen after 9 or 10 they don’t make sandwiches unless is the white girl with the tattoo I thin on her neck.,sorry but this is the truth. There is always an excuse to cook like the toaster is off, there ain’t no food etc., and the store manager should look into this.This is always at Night time on Elmwood and Hinman. I frequent and is always the same story unless that other girl is there…Iam completely tired of this?
