Went here for a quick breakfast. It was our first time at any Tim Hortons. The food didn't taste or feel super fresh but the flavor was good. Donuts seemed old if that makes sense. Coffee was good. Service was good. Most of the tables were dirty and the floor was dirty. I realize it's hard keeping floors clean with people always tracking muddy snow inside but the tables definitely could have been cleaned. We will be back because it's close and not expensive.

Pa at the drive-thru window was awesome today 🙌 Super friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. I had a couple DoorDash things I needed to figure out, and she made it easy without any stress or rushing. Great energy, great customer service, and just an all-around positive interaction 😊👏

Screw up my order several times my bagels are always burned even though I tell them lightly toasted and cream cheese was spread very thin and most times my Cups aren’t even filled decided to give them a fifth try and ordered a simple double double large coffee ( can’t screw that up right?) wrong gave me a medium and when I said I ordered a X-Large they simply just poured my med coffee into a X-Large cup and handed it back to me 😡 I let them know from now on I wouldn’t be back ever again I started going to new location and no more problems if I could of gave zero stars I would have

Guess Tim Hortons doesn't care about it's customers. I had the displeasure of having Po passive aggressively take my order and payment. Really lowers the bar of standards for company. If she is that unhappy with her job find another one as jobs are everywhere. Definitely get paid to much to be rude and mess up a simple order of coffee with 2 cream. Step up your game Tim Hortons as with cost on the rise people will go elsewhere. Really wish could give 0 stars.

Paid almost 6 dollars for a half hot chocolate/half hot water meant to be a latte. Perhaps a mistake, might be laziness, might just have been happening everywhere.

Same story....Too much for the employees to remember for the pay they receive, over worked management and misbehaved business owners who really could not care less.

Don't worry though everyone's out of a job soon and coffee will be a luxury. Drink it while it's 🔥
