I’m giving 3 stars because the last 3 times I’ve ordered the Turkey bacon clubs for my wife and myself and didn’t get bacon on our sandwiches. It literally says bacon in the name of the sandwich. They are delicious when made right but disappointing without the bacon. And I ordered a blueberry muffin once and ended up with a pumpkin spice one and pumpkin makes me sick.

It was a mistake of Tops to open this place alongside of it. It has been there for some time, now, but, ever since it opened, you constantly see dirtbags from the nearby rehab facilities loitering near the Tim Horton's entrance. They purchase their coffees, and whatever, and then you have to go way out of your way in order to avoid walking past them, while carrying your stuff, as hang out on the sidewalk. I am amazed that they get away with this. I do not see what Tops gets out of this. The stores connect from the inside, but you hardly see concourse between them. No doubt, because of the type of clientele who frequent the Tim Horton's side. Tops probably discourages them from cutting through their store. This is why the ambiance, here, is so bad for other customers.

Parking: You can park in tops parking lot and walk through to get to rooms or you can try and find parking on the street out front. Either way is a hassle.

Tried my first iced coffee here, and it tasted very good. Not much of an atmosphere but that’s not what I was there for. The food was also exceptional
I ordered 3 donuts and they messed up the donuts I ordered and gave me different donuts from what I ordered and didn't realize till I was home. Also shoved 2 donuts into a 1 donut bag do those 2 were smashed.

One of the best tim Hortons locations in all of western NY. Friendly staff the store manager is one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. She runs a tight ship and all her employees are well mannered they maintain a perfect atmosphere for me as well as other customers to come in and enjoy a nice cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich from time to time
