One of the best tim Hortons locations in all of western NY. Friendly staff the store manager is one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. She runs a tight ship and all her employees are well mannered they maintain a perfect atmosphere for me as well as other customers to come in and enjoy a nice cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich from time to time
If you want perfect coffee (not to dark and not to light). This is the perfect place for you. I always stop for coffee here but if I go out of town I take their coffee to go. Absolutely awful. I had an online order that couldn’t be fulfilled so they told me they would give me a refund. They didn’t. I was then told to go to another location the day after at noon. Drove 40 minutes to the other location to stand there for an hour and have them tell me they had no manager or supervisor call their store to give me my food.
