Great service, great atmosphere, HORRIBLE coffee. It's never the same. A double double at noon is totally different at 2pm. Sometimes 2 cream is like 90% cream 10% coffee and other times a double double is like straight black coffee

I just ordered a medium peppermint latte, paid $4.99 for it, and when I got the drink it felt lighter than usual. I got home after taking two sips and the cup was less than half full after the foam settled. No peppermint candy inside, just the whipped cream. I paid for a medium and this drink must have been mispoured. I've been going to Tim's for a long time, but I think my visits to this location are one and done, and that's sad because it's so close by to my house.

The staff is usually impolite and pushy. It doesn't seem like any of the staff speak English as a first language so the order is confusing. Probably the reason why they don't know the difference between a croissant and a bagel. As a rule I would say gas station coffee shops are usually a let down anyway. Do better.

Awful customer service!!! Walked in to get doughnuts and the guy behind the counter have zero personality to customers Guy wouldn't place anything in the box without getting paid first. Left the box on the case without thank you or anything else. Too sad that a good brand to to shame and owners that don't care enough to train their employees Total greed and careless!!! Wouldn't come in again that's for sure !!!

After placing my order , the coffee wasn’t made well , no creamer and splender.I had to go inside the shop to complain about it. They had to make me another one .

Literally always get ripped off when I come here and the food always tastes awful. Somehow got charged for a combo and drink because it does not come with one. I’ve never had an iced cap taste like complete cream or a worse grilled cheese. Somehow managed to give me the wrong doughnut as well after looking me in the face and confirming which one I wanted. Also flies all over the place. 🤢 Staff is more worried about giggling with each other than paying attention. 0/10

I have been tim Horton costumer for a long time but lately it's has been terrible customer service no one makes coffee right they put whatever they want in the coffee and give it me if I ask for more milk or sugar they have nasty attitude I have been to the one on hinman in Kenmore it's the same thing .the only tim Horton that I have been is perfect customer service and they make everything right is the one on Walden ave in Cheektowaga. It's sad I spent money and I can't even drink my coffee this what my coffee looks like 🙃 i order small with two milk and one sugar and I went back and ask to make it right and she gave it back the same way
