Awful customer service!!! Walked in to get doughnuts and the guy behind the counter have zero personality to customers Guy wouldn't place anything in the box without getting paid first. Left the box on the case without thank you or anything else. Too sad that a good brand to to shame and owners that don't care enough to train their employees Total greed and careless!!! Wouldn't come in again that's for sure !!!

Literally always get ripped off when I come here and the food always tastes awful. Somehow got charged for a combo and drink because it does not come with one. I’ve never had an iced cap taste like complete cream or a worse grilled cheese. Somehow managed to give me the wrong doughnut as well after looking me in the face and confirming which one I wanted. Also flies all over the place. 🤢 Staff is more worried about giggling with each other than paying attention. 0/10

I have been tim Horton costumer for a long time but lately it's has been terrible customer service no one makes coffee right they put whatever they want in the coffee and give it me if I ask for more milk or sugar they have nasty attitude I have been to the one on hinman in Kenmore it's the same thing .the only tim Horton that I have been is perfect customer service and they make everything right is the one on Walden ave in Cheektowaga. It's sad I spent money and I can't even drink my coffee this what my coffee looks like 🙃 i order small with two milk and one sugar and I went back and ask to make it right and she gave it back the same way

Hello! I often stop in this location because it is neighbors to my work and i choose it because it is more enjoyable than some others in the area. Although, I am unhappy when I notice my bagel is cut with the same knife of a different sandwich. It gives a hint of flavor i didn’t order & is gross! Sometimes, I find lettuce in my cream cheese as well. Even if it doesn’t apply, allergies are something to take serious precautions when serving food to the public! Tighten up.

Today Veterans Day my husband asked if there was discount for being Veterans Day , and when we made to the window to pick our order there were 3 girls waiting for us , one of them with an attitude asked him if he had an ID , my husband took out two Military IDs and she replied back is that really you , because when he came from Afghanistan he had ptsd and gain a lot of Weight due to depression , he's been doing much better and still working loosing all that depression weight , it’s sad that he had this bad experience with this little girls, specially the Latina one … they’re not profesional at all and lack of training and costumer service ! And they should at least go back to school to learn a bit of how important veterans are for this country! Ashamed !

I’ve gotten two drinks from this place now and the first drink I found a metal washer in the bottom of my cup and then today’s drink I found a hair in the whipped topping and the whipped topping was put on very sloppily I would give them 0 stars if I could
