Hello! I often stop in this location because it is neighbors to my work and i choose it because it is more enjoyable than some others in the area. Although, I am unhappy when I notice my bagel is cut with the same knife of a different sandwich. It gives a hint of flavor i didn’t order & is gross! Sometimes, I find lettuce in my cream cheese as well. Even if it doesn’t apply, allergies are something to take serious precautions when serving food to the public! Tighten up.

Today Veterans Day my husband asked if there was discount for being Veterans Day , and when we made to the window to pick our order there were 3 girls waiting for us , one of them with an attitude asked him if he had an ID , my husband took out two Military IDs and she replied back is that really you , because when he came from Afghanistan he had ptsd and gain a lot of Weight due to depression , he's been doing much better and still working loosing all that depression weight , it’s sad that he had this bad experience with this little girls, specially the Latina one … they’re not profesional at all and lack of training and costumer service ! And they should at least go back to school to learn a bit of how important veterans are for this country! Ashamed !

Who is running this place? They can never seem to get their act together. They can’t get an order right whether it’s at the store or if I order via DoorDash. By far THE WORST Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. What is so hard about giving me a cup of coffee with two creams and a sugar!

Trash!! My elderly friend was told by one of the employees who was having a bad day and they said they had been beat up or something like that but they told her to shut up and hopefully she dies just because she asked them to move there car so she could park. She wasn't rude or anything like that but because the young lady was having a bad day this is how she chooses to treat people. I pray for her family and friends. I called corporate and it was treated like it wasn't that serious or it was a joke. Totally disgusting!!

Yes is the same Tim's as everywhere else, but the staff are amazing and hard working, especially during the weekday morning rush. Plus they add more bacon to the breakfast sandwiches than almost anywhere.

There was 5 workers, they were very non professional, we had a very hard time understand any of them, their english was beyond terrible. They had only 2 crappy types of soda, yuck. My husband said the bathroom had hard throw up in the men's restroom. It was a very terrible experience.
