Sent in a mobile order and it took over half an hour. And that after I had to ask them if they got the order TWICE. It was very busy, but there’s no reason they should completely lose track of an order. The whole place is just so unorganized. 2 stars only bc my latte tasted fine when I finally got it.

!!!!!!!!Warning, alert, buyers beware danger, danger, danger !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I had an experience in which I went in to this Tim Hortons. The manager took my order and did not understand exactly what I asked for then proceeded to give me something completely different. When I informed him of the miscommunication he became argumentative, to use profanity And I believe that he did something to the remake I believe that this was discrimination. He seemed very angry to even have to take my order buyers beware Truly untrustworthy establishment of Tim Hortons And I’m sure this is not the only time in which the situation has occurred. If You care about your health and safety !!!!!!!!!!!I would not recommend eating or drinking anything from this establishment !!!!!! There are other Tim Hortons in the area in which you would never have to worry about the safety of your food Be careful !!!!!!!!!! Looks so very deceiving recently just received the generic message sent by owners response. I did contact their customer service and nothing came of it. This is something they put up as a way to say that they did something but nothing was done about poor customer service and this interaction

Orders an iced coffee. The worker who barley spoke English mis heard me and brought a hot coffee. When I told her politely it was supposed to be iced…she argued with me about what I ordered and tried to force me to take the hot coffee….

Your restaurant is full between 3 and 5pm with students who are using all the tables although they are not drinking or eating your product. They smell like marijuana and are bringing in other businesses food like Chinese, Jets pizza and Little Caesar's pizza. They are also loud. Why would you allow non customers do this.

If i could give a zero i would. Don’t order from here. Constantly making the mistake of ordering from this store because each time half the order doesn’t come and when it does it’s made horribly. Calling to get help got me nowhere because the ‘supervisors’ didn’t care and wouldn’t replace any items they messed up that i paid for. Joke of a restaurant and should be shut down.

I went in there this morning and when we went in there one of employee was clocking in at the time .There was a woman name Shayma who wasn’t letting her coworker clock in and was telling her to help out other people while we were on the line in front of her.That is rude,unacceptable and unprofessional.Tim hortons needs to train airhead people like that.Also she was giving us looks from the drive thru.I wouldn’t even give one star to this place .They need to hire people who knows not to be disrespectful to their coworkers and customers.

I went in the store today and was very repulsed by the one of the workers in the store. She was ordering her coworker around even though the worker was helping me and my family. I believe her name was Shayma. She did not care that the worker was serving people already. Would not recommend. Workers seem very rude and disrespectful. I wish i could zero stars but that's not possible.

I waited 15 minutes for 2 coffees while the workers stood around. People after me got their food orders while no one was making the coffee orders. I asked for my coffees 3 times before someone finally made them with an attitude cause I interrupted their conversation. Not acceptable!!
