Even though it was busy, we were received promptly and courteously- the friendly staff looked us in the eye and smiled! Our order was filled accurately and efficiently, and we enjoyed our tastey breakfast sandwiches, donuts and fresh coffee in the clean, welcoming dining area. Yelling at customers is not how you take orders. The manager or the task master was yelling and being rude to her staff and customers. Custy dusty was being extra crusty that day. So much crust that I thought she was on the menu.

I blame myself for this one. Every single time I order here, it’s always incorrect, there’s items missing and turns into an argument with employees. Spoke with management when they have reached out in the past. But I’m sorry, this place should be shut down or corporate needs to actually step in. Always an issue and people working in that store don’t care. Management and employees are terrible there. I’ll get the “I’m sorry for this experience from the owner, be told this and that, will be promised a call that will not happen. And if it does, it’s just going to be give us another chance or insert whatever excuse, just for me to be the fool to try them again”

The worker let me use the bathroom only if I purchase something. The bathroom was nasty, smelly but not out of order. Management doesn't care about keeping a clean establishment. Especially the restrooms. I was already planning on buying something but I needed to use the bathroom. I wonder if this is legal? Shouldn't management be concerned about keeping the establishment clean?. Clearly no one is cleaning the restrooms. After I came out the restroom he locked the door. I will be reaching out to corporate.

Look at the negative reviews. My photo's are the signs posted on the mens and ladies rooms being " out of order ". As a business owner, there is a need to supply bathrooms and not pretend they are out of order because this location doesn't want to clean and provide restrooms. There is nothing wrong with these bathrooms. Look! There is definitely a communication problem with their customers. They use to employ all nationalities, now they only hire their own kind. It's bad for their business. That's why I don't come here anymore☹️

Everytime I go to this store it’s an issue. I order on the app and they still never have the order ready, even though they have plenty of time to get it together. Or it’s incorrect. I ordered an iced latte and they gave me a hot coffee and to argue with me that it was my order. It literally was on my phone screen what I ordered. Didn’t put topping on my caramel apple latte. Donut barely had filling or frosting. This place is absolutely ridiculous
The place is so dirty they don't clean the machines it's disgusting

I don’t live far which is the only reason why I come to this one. They’re trying to make their times look good but every day I come I have to pull all the way around for a mobile order. It should already be done. They mark their times as fast but they’re slow. Dont come unless you just want a drink!
