Coffee was damn near water

Every single table was dirty. Floor wasn’t swept. Fireplace wasn’t working. TV not on. They burned our bagel severely. Second time, it wasn’t burnt but very dry and butter wasn’t spread correctly. Sad atmosphere.

There is a man next to the drive through who asks for money just to buy cigarettes. In my opinion that’s unsanitary and I think they should have a talk with that man. My wife told me to roll up our windows because she didn’t want to smell the smoke.

Other than that the food tasted good and the service was great.

My grilled cheese panini was not bad. But!
could not get my Coca-Cola, because the machine is out of service
The restroom in the store is out of service, I realized that after my payment.
Otherwise, I would turned back home.
I regret I came here. I don’t recommend anyone come here.
Keep your money for other place!

They spare no expense when it comes to quality of food and appropriate amount of cream in a Boston crème donut. Love the chocolate on top also!

Was visiting from out of town. Just wanted coffee. Walked in, there was a long line, saw a giant roach crawling around and turned around and left. Bugs happen but it just seemed chaotic inside so I didn't bother. The roach pushed it over the top. 😆

Every time we order we're forced to pull around to the front door, on a building in a parking lot not designed for that where I've almost been hit every time, only to have an employee come out with the wrong order, make us wait 10 minutes, and even then the order is prepared wrong. Also there's a giant pothole at the entrance to the drive thru. The bar is set so low and they still miss it every time.

Hands downs worst Tim Horton I’ve been too. And I love the chain. This one should be shut down. Worst customer service ever. Literally heard one of their workers say “that’s not as important” in response to a co-worker he was conversing too pointing out how we had remained parked at the window for a ridiculous amount of time patiently waiting for him to finish his conversations. Will not spend a dime keeping this specific store going. Beware. Stay away. He also argued against what we wanted to order….which was a hazelnut coffee…he told us no just get the macchiato. Rude. Rude. Rude

Even though it was busy, we were received promptly and courteously- the friendly staff looked us in the eye and smiled! Our order was filled accurately and efficiently, and we enjoyed our tastey breakfast sandwiches, donuts and fresh coffee in the clean, welcoming dining area. Thank you for clearly taking pride in your service work- we look forward to returning soon!
