This is a really solid restaurant with great food and friendly staff. Everything we ordered tasted fresh and well made, and the portions were good. The staff were polite, helpful, and made the experience smooth without being overbearing. Service was timely, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and clean. You can tell they care about both the food and the customers. Definitely a place I’d recommend and would come back to again.

The bathroom was locked and unusable to paying customers. They were out of chips to go with the sandwiches. Employee seemed kind of clueless. I feel like the DOH requires food selling establishments to have bathrooms. Do better Tim Hortons!

Pretty sure I was served an ice capp made with spoiled milk on 12/12 at around 4pm. It tasted totally off and turned my stomach. By the time I tasted it, I was home, otherwise I would’ve brought it in.
Update: Corporate customer service reached out and rectified the situation. Thank you Tim Hortons for caring about your customers!

Had an issue where one of the night employees (December 27 7pm) were lazy and didn't want to make the food l so they denied my order and i didn't get a refund. The next day I spoke to chamika and she promptly handled it. I walked out smiling!

Terrible food the wraps Leak all over me and my seats in my car they dont put napkins in the bag the wraps are soggy and made sloppy and fall apart ive given them chance after chance the Food is continuously horrible. Donuts are not fresh even in the morning. I’m done with this location
