Ordered a small chai latte with almond milk ..got a cup of ice with 3 sips of coffee will never going back. Happened to guy next up me too! All ice almost zero coffee. Bathrooms r filthy too

I arrived at this location and attempted to place an order at 7pm this evening. They close at 8. When I got to the register I was informed that due to them closing in an hour, they were no longer serving any food.

I would understand if they were out of select items or stopped food service 10-20 minutes ahead of closing in order to clean equipment, but stopping food service altogether an entire hour before closing seems unreasonable. Highly disappointed.

For a flagship store with a statue of Tim Horton right outside, we were far from impressed. The floors are just concrete slabs. A simple, large coffee took about 10 minutes, and the bathroom is locked like an old gas station, and you ask for the key with the big obnoxious sign attached so you don't steal the key.

We arrived at 7:20 one person was working the register and one person was closing and one person in the back. When we got to the register there was still about 20 people behind us. The person at the register said we could not order hot drinks that used the espresso machine( during nearly below freezing weather ). That took off nearly the whole menu. When I asked why he said that they close in 30 minutes. I pointed out that they were not closed yet but the register person just shrugged his shoulders. The store was also a mess, dirty tables, overflowing trash cans, food and crumbs all over the floor behind the register. Nasty! The person in the back started messing around with his friends and cussing in front of everyone. Then they rudely kicked all the customers out.
Needs new night staff, training or someone to babysit them.

I asked for hot well done toasted bagel. Got cold food. When I looked at my receipt I saw the girl ignored my request. Swing time I visited don’t think I’ll go back again!

I stopped to grab a coffee and then had to take a huge poop. Upon completion of my bowel movement, I saw there was no toilet paper. Sad.

The filthiest Timmy's I ever been to. It's like you walking into a trash. There is flies every where and the server who is a light skin black girl with curly hair is the rudest person I met. We paying for drinks and she gets it wrong and kisses her teeth at me when I ask her to add sugar. There needs to be some sort of management check with this place. The place is run down and service is slow and attitude to the max with the server girl. Will never return or recommend this place.

Filthy, run down, and the female worker with the short hair working at 6:20pm on 6/24 is EXTREMELY rude. My first time coming all the way from Utah and I was a bit disappointed.

Mckayla (I believe is the correct name) was our cashier. She had an attitude of not wanting to be there/hating her job. Not friendly at all. Then, she handed my drink to another person who took a drink before realizing it wasn't hers. An honest mistake on both parts, but Mckayla acted mad like *we* had done something wrong. The person who drank my drink apologized when she hadn't done anything wrong, and Mckayla never apologized. She rolled her eyes when she realized the mistake and begun stating "These people better be glad I need a job."

Ordered a meal with a mocha latte to-go specifically for the hashbrown. No hashbrown, no bag, and the latte was just coffee and cream, no sugar, no mocha. Never heard of this chain, and will never be back.
