Mckayla (I believe is the correct name) was our cashier. She had an attitude of not wanting to be there/hating her job. Not friendly at all. Then, she handed my drink to another person who took a drink before realizing it wasn't hers. An honest mistake on both parts, but Mckayla acted mad like *we* had done something wrong. The person who drank my drink apologized when she hadn't done anything wrong, and Mckayla never apologized. She rolled her eyes when she realized the mistake and begun stating "These people better be glad I need a job."

Ordered a meal with a mocha latte to-go specifically for the hashbrown. No hashbrown, no bag, and the latte was just coffee and cream, no sugar, no mocha. Never heard of this chain, and will never be back.

Did mobile order 3 times, 1st time walked in, waited by mobile pickup, nobody asked me anything, no customers were at registers, workers were just fixing coffee machine & walking around. Had to stop girl & tell her I’m here for a mobile pickup, She looked a bag on counter & said here, it’s right here with an attitude, the bag was so small , I knew that wasn’t my complete order. Girl looked at receipt and seen the whole order wasn’t there, then got rest of items & apologized. 2nd time , didn’t bother to ask, just seen my name on receipt, but was missing a coffee, that took a few minutes just to get there attention, with attitude got my coffee. 3rd time , 1/2 order was only there again, after waiting a few minutes, the girl making the sandwiches asked if my name was Christopher & gave me the order. Got back to hotel it was wrong order. This was my first times after using a Tim Hortons , Not sure if it was just this location like this

I go here often and today was the last straw. I've decided I'm going to boycott this location. On the app I ordered a medium Peppermint Mocha Latte. When I walked in, it was being made, which is fine. Usually they are pretty quick in there. When I got back to my car and left, I started drinking my drink to realize that it just tasted like a regular latte with absolutely no flavor in it. Leaving my mouth dry, sort of like Aunt Tammy's terrible, overcooked Christmas cookies... There was no whipped cream or peppermint on top. Really? This location has a constant employee turnover problem. They just do not care. There's an older woman that's always been there though, whos always good about everything. And she actually has a personality. I don't even know who owns this location at this point. Ill start going to see Michael over on Delaware again.

I was there on Sunday and wanted to get a coffee while my daughter used the restroom. I accompanied my daughter to the restroom to make sure it was safe, it said she needed the keys so I went and asked for the keys. There where two very young guys who looked like they have never worked in their lives before. He said we just cleaned it and it will take a few hours to dry. I laughed because he sounded so dumb and childish the other guy was just looking like did he really just say that. I was angry because in Canada where Timmies is my go too place where employees are very kind. I left the coffee because they just looked very lazy. It’s a shame when people does this to good franchises. We walked to the pub beside and the waitress was so nice we ended going and having dinner and a few drinks.

Need to adjust the hours of operation to accurately reflect when they are open and closed. Closing consistently 10-20 minutes early at the Lecom location. I can’t comment on the coffee or food because the two times I’ve attempted to get in they have been closed before their posted hours of operation.

I ordered a combo meal and so did my son. I asked what comes with it and the person waiting on me said chili or a muffin. I picked the muffin. I got a special coffee and knew I would be paying for that and that it wasn’t included. My son got the chicken sandwich combo and picked chili and a coke. We paid the combo price and then had to pay for what came with it. I was charged for his chili, a chili w my meal I didn’t want and charged for the muffin that should have been part of the combo price. I asked them to explain why I am being charged for items that should be included in combo price. The one lady said something about building on top of the order and then said to refund the items I was charged extra for. It makes no sense to pay more for the combo meal and then pay extra for the items you choose to go with it. I would understand if I was charged for individual sandwich and then the sides but we were paying the combo price. It was such a disappointing lunch.

We really enjoyed discovering Tim Horton's and their delicious food and coffee. Their coffee was always piping hot and the bagels were always fresh. I really enjoyed the pretzel bagel - so good! The staff were always friendly and helpful. I like the history displayed throughout the restaurant, as well. Check them out!

I needed to use the bathroom I was going to buy something afterwards they said that someone was cleaning the bathroom I waited 5 minutes and someone was still cleaning the bathroom. All I'm saying is if someone has to use it, you can't resume cleaning it afterwards?

I walked in at 7: 30pm starving after a 5-hour trip and staying at the Marriott next door. I was just looking for a sandwich and the lady told me that they were not serving food due to them closing in an hour. This happened today and I am definitely unimpressed. I have been a server most of my life and I know darn well that they could have made food but they decided not to since they didn't want to have to clean anything up. When I asked for a sandwich she told me " We are not serving food as we close in an hour" and I said you are not serving any food? And she just plainly said. "Nope" and shrugged her shoulders. I will never come back here again
