The lady who took my order was RUDE! I’ve gne to many time hortons from Clarence, Rochester, down town Buffalo to Jamestown to delavan transit Cheektowaga to Darien, Louisiana, Pittsburgh to Gowanda.And I ALWAYS get the two SAME COFFEES! 1lrg 1 medium. Vanilla iced coffee 3sugar/cream. The only difference is the medium is decafe. So the lady who I can barely hear, tells me they can’t do that. I told her ALL YOU DO IS POUR IT OVER Ice!!!! Oh we can’t do that I informed her yes you can all other Tim Hortons do it so you just don’t want to!!!! Got my drinks n lift. Got my drinks stored them up poured the hot over the ice. I then started seeing white flakes in the coffees after stirring them I took a sip out of both and it was a VERY VERY bitter taste!!!! If I knew I wouldn’t have the cops called on me I would’ve went back, n it wouldn’t have been a good visit! This was Friday august 8th around 10:45ish. Threw the drive through.

Worst experience ever I went there to get a sandwich and ice cup first I ordered everything was ok it was the last sandwich and I ordered show her that I want this then she packed up for me but when another customer from drive thru came she take my order and give it to him when I told her that’s was mine she said we’re out of it now than I said it’s okay but this time she told me that’s they are out of ice cup too how sad is that she doesn’t know about her menu in the morning she must notice me before I order it she just waste my time it was my first and last Tim Horton experience.

Burnt Beyond Belief
I had high hopes for this coffee, but it was a total disappointment. Every single cup I’ve tried tastes like it’s been roasted over a campfire for hours. Instead of a rich, bold flavor, I was met with an overwhelming bitterness that made it almost undrinkable.
It’s as if they’ve mistaken “dark roast” for “charcoal.” Even adding cream and sugar couldn’t mask the burnt aftertaste. I’ve given this place multiple chances, thinking maybe it was just a bad batch or an off day, but no—it’s consistently terrible.
If you enjoy coffee that tastes like the remnants of a burnt toast, this might be your thing. For everyone else, steer clear. Your taste buds deserve better.
Employee who took my order was ill mannered and very rude !!!! our food wasn’t cooked and i was charged for a large coffee and was given a medium then employee told me it was a large coffee when I complained about it i’m very disappointed and disgusted
