I had high hopes for this coffee, but it was a total disappointment. Every single cup I’ve tried tastes like it’s been roasted over a campfire for hours. Instead of a rich, bold flavor, I was met with an overwhelming bitterness that made it almost undrinkable.
It’s as if they’ve mistaken “dark roast” for “charcoal.” Even adding cream and sugar couldn’t mask the burnt aftertaste. I’ve given this place multiple chances, thinking maybe it was just a bad batch or an off day, but no—it’s consistently terrible.
If you enjoy coffee that tastes like the remnants of a burnt toast, this might be your thing. For everyone else, steer clear. Your taste buds deserve better.

Employee who took my order was ill mannered and very rude !!!! our food wasn’t cooked and i was charged for a large coffee and was given a medium then employee told me it was a large coffee when I complained about it i’m very disappointed and disgusted

Walked up there just to be waiting to be acknowledged to order..when my son and I were the only customers in there and it was about 4 or 5 workers...nobody said "One minute"..."we'll be with you" etc... Then when we were finally waited on...the Breakfast sandwiches weren't done😳...I guess an uncooked patty is how they're making the breakfast sandwiches these days🤷🏾♀️...when I asked for it to be cooked longer...they looked dumbfounded..so I wanted a refund...then they decided to redo the breakfast sandwiches...they had an attitude... so I definitely watched my food being prepared🧐👀..the strawberry lemonade is extremely too sweet... the French vanilla cappuccino was totally bland... I haven't been to Tim Hortons in 10 years...now I will Never Go Back👎🏽

I’ve never seen such a rude customer service representative before. She was in so much rush while taking my order as if it was for free. I kept mentioning “Roasted hazelnut cold brew” she just made me a cold brew coffee with add on hazelnut flavor. Despite asking for clarification when I saw it wrong on the screen, she rushed me to the order pickup counter from drive thru. When I got it from her, I said it was wrong, without listening, she basically threw these words in Hindi - “Are you indian?” “I figured that from your voice” I’m never going to this tim Hortons location again. Such a disappointment in early morning. Spoiled my entire day.

Woke up not being able to walk this morning and got a ride to Tim's for a large ice capp. Half way home notice half my drink was gone bc there were slits on each side of my cup. Now I'm out 6.00 bucks and NO ice capp. Check your cups. That was terribly annoying
