⭐ Uncomfortable experience — I left without ordering I walked in and was not greeted at all. No hello, no acknowledgment—just a dark look that immediately made me feel unwelcome 😕 The energy was so off that I honestly felt like an outsider, like I wasn’t even supposed to be there to spend money. I actually asked the woman behind the counter if she was okay, and the response I got back made things even more uncomfortable. At that point, I decided I wasn’t ordering anything. I needed to use the bathroom pretty badly, but the atmosphere made me so uneasy that I didn’t even want to ask 🚪😬 I left and went to Tim Hortons on Kenmore Street instead, where I was greeted and treated like a human being ☕👍 First impressions matter. This one was bad enough that I chose to leave entirely.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered ice cap and ham and Swiss. By the time I noticed I was too far to turn back.
The ice cap was sour, (your machine needs to be cleaned) and all the lettuce on the sandwich was wilted and brown, and I believe some of the bread had mold as one of the corners was missing.
No excuse to serve food like this! Not happy.

The lady who took my order was RUDE! I’ve gne to many time hortons from Clarence, Rochester, down town Buffalo to Jamestown to delavan transit Cheektowaga to Darien, Louisiana, Pittsburgh to Gowanda.And I ALWAYS get the two SAME COFFEES! 1lrg 1 medium. Vanilla iced coffee 3sugar/cream. The only difference is the medium is decafe. So the lady who I can barely hear, tells me they can’t do that. I told her ALL YOU DO IS POUR IT OVER Ice!!!! Oh we can’t do that I informed her yes you can all other Tim Hortons do it so you just don’t want to!!!! Got my drinks n lift. Got my drinks stored them up poured the hot over the ice. I then started seeing white flakes in the coffees after stirring them I took a sip out of both and it was a VERY VERY bitter taste!!!! If I knew I wouldn’t have the cops called on me I would’ve went back, n it wouldn’t have been a good visit! This was Friday august 8th around 10:45ish. Threw the drive through.
