It’s 9am on a Thursday and obviously they are busy but the place have quick service. I went for the restroom and I can back and my stuff was ready to go. Very friendly, location is small but clean. I would come back! Thank you 🙏 parking lot pretty big 😊
Wonderful smiles on the staff and a great team environment. Breakfast sandwiches at the 259 Orchard park road location are PERFECT! Their baker also makes some REAL pretty donuts+
This morning I went through the drive thru and was greeted by the most cheerful girl! I intended to just get a coffee but she sold me on a donut and joked it was google review worthy. While the donut was great, her service was outstanding in that short interaction. Someone else gave me my order at the window but she still came up and continued to joke around with me. Her attitude and cheerfulness put a smile on my face, all before 8am. I believe her name was Sam - thanks Sam for making my day start great!

I just don't know why folks like this chain. Worse than Dunkin. Not awful just uninspired and boring. A corner donut shot can be a beautiful thing. This isn't it.

Incredibly rude. Whoever was working today at 3pm. I ordered 3 iced capps and she rudely told me Nutella was discontinued. I asked if they still had hazelnut and she said “ugh yes?” As if I was bothering her by asking. And then when it came time to pay she took my card without telling me the total or offering a receipt. I checked my card statement after and she charged me full price for items that I did not receive. She gave me 3 plain iced capps even though I was charged (and asked for) 3 of the fancy ones. Hazelnut with whipped topping, the new caramel crunch and also a butter pecan. All were regular. I asked her when she shoved them out the window at me “which one is which?” She said “marked on the side” and slammed the window before I even had a hold on the tray of beverages. Of course, when I got to where I was going, none of them were marked on the side and they were all the same. Incredibly rude. There’s another store a 2 minute drive from here, take my advice and drive the extra 2 mins if you actually want what you pay for.
Me and my friend went to the one 259 orchard park road on may 30. Terrible service, the workers had the radio full blast and singing real loud. We could not even carry a conversation because of this. The drink was horrible. I already sent a complaint have not heard back. We definitely will never go to that location again. And will be telling friends too about it. Never had a problem with any other location.

It’s not often you see employees going out of their way to improve the customer experience but I was really happy to go to Tim Hortons today when I saw an elderly customer with a walker coming into the store, before I could open the door myself, I saw the employee named Tori who spotted this gentlemen and ran across the counter to help him in and was very patient and kind helping this gentleman. It’s not often you see this type of kindness in fast food so shoutout to this employee for making this a genuine and heartwarming experience! Management should consider her for a raise!

I had never been to this location before and it took forever to get anyone's attention to take my order and a gentleman went before me and this is what I knew I should have walked away when he said his coffee tastes funny so he got a new one I got an ice coffee it was over $3 for a small and Tuesday I got in the car we started driving I knew immediately I should have walked away my coffee tasted like chemicals.

I would say this is not acceptable on any level. Horrible service and product. When I called and questioned it they said it was cooked long enough. You be the judge. I made a mistake going here, I think you will come to regret it too.
