Was here this morning and had to wait ten mins just to talk to someone in the drive thru. Then mine order was completely messed up and got charged more. This is about the ten horrible experience I had there so I had to make a review. Don’t go!

The Oracle

The absolute rudest drive thru girl ever irking today 11:10 am July 16th. Hope she has a better afternoon. Edit- Tim Hortons left a comment asking that I contact them at customer care- I did and the link was “removed or doesn’t exist.” What a joke.

Young man working the drive thru was rude, angry and disrespectful. Shoved my order right at me. When I called him out on his attitude I got a line of profanities thrown at my spouse and I. Didn’t give me one of my sandwiches that I ordered either. Go elsewhere. Seriously.

I never leave reviews and I feel bad doing so now but This is the worst Tim Hortons in west Seneca. Staff is rude 99% of the time. They charge more than any other local location and get my order wrong 90% of the time.

Always such a happy group of people working in the mornings here!! Drive-thru is usually pretty quick so i make this location my morning stop on my way to work. Hi Shirley! Good staff you have at potter!!

While this place has excellence service, I always grab coffee in the morning if I can. they close the doors to the dining room in the morning about 2 to three times a week which kinda sucks for me because I don't drive. Maybe I'll just start walking in the drive thru lane

Staff members were very nice, I ordered a 2/2 coffee and a cream cheese bagel, after paying for thr order I wanted to add a muffin, the lady said it’s on me, but I insisted to pay.

I usually come to the store before work and get a coffee. They're usually cheerful and happy most of the time. However, I have been there in the morning and already got a muffin that was so hard. You could throw it through plaster. Also. Today I was there and I ordered breakfast sandwich and it was so bad. The cheese was so old it wouldn't even melt and the waffle was so hard and dry. Now I spent $10 between a coffee and a breakfast sandwich and had to throw my breakfast sandwich out. That's two times now. I had a bad experience there. Not a good place to go in the morning. I think they're serving a very old stuff. Not a place I'd recommend to stop
