This morning I went through the drive thru and was greeted by the most cheerful girl! I intended to just get a coffee but she sold me on a donut and joked it was google review worthy. While the donut was great, her service was outstanding in that short interaction. Someone else gave me my order at the window but she still came up and continued to joke around with me. It’s not often you see employees going out of their way to improve the customer experience but I was really happy to go to Tim Hortons today when I saw an elderly customer with a walker coming into the store, before I could open the door myself, I saw the employee named Tori who spotted this gentlemen and ran across the counter to help him in and was very patient and kind helping this gentleman.
