They do not honor their advertised prices. BTW I did not receive a receipt ($17.04 I think) either so I cant even contact Tim Horton corporate without the transaction number. Any other Tim Hortons automatically provides advertised combo pricing? Yes?

I normally don’t leave reviews, but today’s experience needs to be documented because it was unnecessarily negative. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a small Iced Capp. I brought my own glass cup (a holiday gift) and politely asked if they could pour the drink into it for me so it wouldn’t spill in my car. I even apologized for the inconvenience. The employee at the window — a younger woman working the drive-thru around 11:45 a.m. to noon with light reddish-blonde/brown hair and a fuller build — responded with attitude and said, “Well, that would be odd, but okay.” The tone alone made the interaction and me soo uncomfortable. When she tried to pour it, it spilled all over her hand — exactly the reason I requested help in the first place. It’s a simple task I could easily have done myself, but doing it inside my car increases the chance of it spilling everywhere. I take care of my car, and I didn’t want the drink all over the interior. That’s why I was being careful and asked politely. After the spill, she handed me back my glass cup without wiping it down or making any effort to clean it. I had to ask for a napkin, and even that was met with more attitude. The issue wasn’t the spill itself — accidents happen. The real problem was the unprofessional energy, lack of courtesy, and the clear disinterest in providing basic customer service. I hope management reviews this interaction and reinforces proper training. Regular customers deserve respectful and professional service.

I've said this about another one that had poor tasting baked goods and I'll say it again. Canada can keep this place. I stupidly thought I'd try it again because my husband wanted hot coffee then he told me to go back and try the iced latte. Well the iced latte here is iced coffee. either tim Hortons doesn't know how to make a latte or the employees don't but either way this is an iced coffee which is cheaper so I paid more to get a cheaper drink. Tim Hortons doesn't know how to make food properly i won't visit any more while I'm in this state. I will still to Dunkin where the drinks are larger and made properly at that price. This place is a waste of money. Also this location is very small and with 10 people shoved back there it shouldn't be that hard to get service

It's quiet I've never waited longer then normal minutes for order... The only thing that takes longer is app orders which I ordered once

I used to go to this Tim’s all the time. They’ve done down hill I feel. The service is really bad. The food was not hot last time we went there. There’s so many Tim’s - I would try and go elsewhere.
