This Tim Hortons is a fantastic place to go if you want a coffee drink but don't want any coffee in it! This morning I went through the Drive thru and ordered a Gingerbread Oat Milk Latte for $4.69, what I received instead was a cup of Oat Milk with Gingerbread Spice with an additional $0.50 charge for the Oat Milk. I was overjoyed the person taking my order understood that not only did I want to pay $5 for a flavored glass of Oat Milk but also that Tim Hortons online support weren't able to do anything for me unless I returned to the restaurant. So if you're looking for a place where you're given the complete wrong thing when you order, this is the place for you.

This place make the Tim Hortons name itself look bad, sorry for sounding so rude but I stopped into this place in a rush for the first time in years and was surprised that it hasn't changed but only got worse, it's sad.. the coffee's always terrible here and the service is even worse then the bitter taste the stale coffee leaves behind, Come on Tim's..! Is this gas station tim hortons really necessary anymore with the new one that opened on Kenmore Ave. I lived in this area my whole life and it's an inside joke with all my neighbors to skip past this Hortons and drive further to the one on Sheridan & Delawareš I'm honestly not sure if they just keep this one around to send all they're meanest/ worse staff to that they can't get rid of or if it's bc it makes a little profit from the poor passerby that doesn't know better but I really wish to see this place turn into a real Tim Hortons someday I mean this is a good neighborhood and out of hundreds of reviews I think this is the only "Tim Hortons" I've done that I wish I could give ZERO stars, besides this 1 spot love Tim Hortons sorry I gotta give you guys a ZERO on this one, I felt like it would be disrespectful to the Tim Hortons name to not comeback here after my long work day and leave this review I mean service so bad it stuck with me all day

Didn't no how to get mobile order and they got rude then dumped my girlfriend 4and4 in my coffee was dark roast not regular thenade another one again for her very rude not all just 2 people most workers are fine it was the light skin one was rude and one other employee love the others

I went to this Tim Hortons to get a simple donut, the person cashing was not a nicest person and some of my change fell on the floor and she wasn't going to pick it up until I asked for it. The donut I got was stale and cold, not room temp or cool, cold. I wouldn't recommend going here for food, I don't even want to assume hot the drinks come out.

In town for a few months and was pleasantly surprised at how good the cold brew was, especially for a donut chain. Unfortunately, I ordered from a couple other locations and pretty sure they just gave me regular iced coffee that tastes like chemicals. This location gets it perfect every time in record time. Special shout out to Miss Carol who saw me in line with a full iced coffee and asked what was wrong. I told her another location messed it up, I couldn't drink it and wanted a cold brew. Without question she made me a perfect cup and got me out of there in less than 5 minutes.

I stood at the counter for one minute as the only customer (including drive thru). There were 4 employees āworkingā. I will say 2 of them were actually working and the other 2 were working hard at texting on their cell phones. I was not acknowledged at all by any of them. I yelled to my husband across the gas station āDo you want anything from Tim Hortonāsā thinking that may spark some service and it did not. I ended up leaving. Extremely disappointing.

Probably the worst Tim Hortons Iāve ever been to and Iāve been to a lot in the area. Staff are rude and grouchy, and they never ever get my order right. I now go to the new on on kenmore Ave and they are so much better!
