In town for a few months and was pleasantly surprised at how good the cold brew was, especially for a donut chain. Unfortunately, I ordered from a couple other locations and pretty sure they just gave me regular iced coffee that tastes like chemicals. This location gets it perfect every time in record time. Special shout out to Miss Carol who saw me in line with a full iced coffee and asked what was wrong. I told her another location messed it up, I couldn't drink it and...
Just wanted to say I see how hard you work, especially when you do not have enough people. The young man with the nails makes my day with his kindness and big smile. They will remake anything you are unhappy with.
This is a small Tim Hortons inside a gas station but don't let that fool you! The staff are efficient & courteous. They are always hustling back there. There is also a drive thru which has the newer, updated digital menu board, which is super easy to read.
