I donāt typically leave bad reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience here. First, Iād like to apologize for requesting a sandwich and cappuccino in exchange for payment, as that seemed to be an inconvenience to the staff. Both the sandwich and cappuccino were good. However, I felt as though I was bothering the woman working the drive-through around 10:15 on 10/13/24, who had noticeable grey eyebrows.
From the very beginning, she seemed to be rushing me. I clearly asked for a "large plain hot cappuccino with no flavor," but she wasnāt listening and asked if I wanted espresso or mentioned something about French vanilla. I clarified again that I didnāt want any flavor, which I understand could be difficult to hear over the headset. She then responded, irritated, "you should have said espresso." I apologized, and afterward, I decided to add a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit meal and requested that the cappuccino be included in the meal. I wasnāt sure what I wanted initially but knew I wanted the cappuccino. She responded with clear frustration, gave me my total, and abruptly ended the conversationāluckily, I didnāt have to order anything else.
When I reached the window, she angrily handed me the sandwich and shut the window. Then she returned with the cappuccino and tried to close the window again, but I hadnāt received my hashbrown. I managed to get her attention just before she closed the window and asked about the missing hashbrown. She told me they didnāt have any, claimed I hadnāt ordered the meal, and walked away.

Went in for a quick breakfast and my mother and daughter became trapped in the womenās restroom. The staff advised itās been happening often and management is too cheap to fix. Management also removed the tool they had inside to fix the problem. They actually expected us to wait around till a handyman came out to fix. We just called the fire department and had them knock the door apart to get them out.
What a joke of a location. We were advised they wanted to make things right with us but appears to not be true

The food was wrong food cold hash brown very hard. Had to come back to the store from my job to come and get the correct food. Then after that, I asked for correction on my food, and they gave me the wrong thing again so I had to come back again.

Heard about Tim hortons so decided to try it out tbh. Thereās Tim hortons everywhere here lol. We just got a dozen and I got some drink as well. Was ok. Iāve had better donuts tho. I liked the crepe filling ones but nothing spectacular. But was worth a shot. Had the donuts last for about 4 days or so.
