I came in at 7:30 p.m. and there were two girls inside cleaning and they told us there was absolutely no food besides bakery stuff sounds like they just wanted to get out of cooking the Tim Hortons here are terrible. And then they lock the door before 30 closing.

We ordered a sandwich meal at Tim Horton’s with ice tea and a donut side for dinner. My husband ordered the BLT sandwich and said it was okay. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich, which was really disappointing. Although the bread was warm, the ham and cheese was not warm at all, let alone melted. I would not order it again. However the donuts we got were excellent.

It's close to the hotels and airport so if you want donuts and drink thats a plus.

When I first got here, I was standing in line. Behind 2 employees, where I didn't know I had to ring in my own order at a kiosk inside of the airport, stood there 10 minutes before they finally turned around and tell me I had to ring in my own order. I rang and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, I do not eat bacon. I want to get my food. Opened it up at the table, and it was bacon on it instead of sausage.I went back to the counter.She told me there's not that she could do about it.So I basically just ate a egg and cheese sandwich wouldn't do nothing to help me. As far as exchange the sandwich or anything for service, they were all giggling, planned on their cell phones very unprofessional

For one the self checkout kiosk is a bust. God forbid you walk up to the counter the staff yells at you to use the kiosk. If youre looking for a place where someone will bite your head off over simply trying to ask a question then this is a perfect place for you. The kiosk is differnt then some so it can be confusing but the service here was absolutely terrible. Food was half way decent but the sandwich was already cold when i got it. Do with this as you will just know these people have a really bad attitude towards customers!

Customer service needs work. I did not feel welcomed by the employees and seemed to have doing them an inconvenience by ordering. I will not return to this location.

Worst idea ever to install those self checkout kiosks! People tale forever to decide, I stopped ordering here since trying it before two flights. Also the crew is actually now waiting…

Avoid the Tim Hortons at BUF Airport at all costs!
They’ve switched entirely to self-checkout, and one of the three machines is out of order. This creates a huge line (20+ people) because many travelers struggle with the system. There’s no staff assistance or concern, and the old setup worked much better. With limited time at the airport, this is a complete waste—skip this location entirely.

Girl at the front counter on 8/9 at 930 had the biggest attitude I’ve ever seen.
I ordered a loaded scrambled bacon wrap and received a sausage croissant. I am a go with the flow girl so when it was wrong I was prepared to eat it until I realized it was sausage. I told her I didn’t order this and she just stated that I did order it and withought an attempt to fix it she continued to take orders as if I wasn’t there.
Then when I ordered a 2 OJ she rolled her eyes at me, walked away Got the OJ and sat it at the counter at the end versus just handing it to me.
Very bad experience

Not the Timmys I remember. As a non-pork family there was nothing on the food menu, the donuts were sparce and didn't really look good, instead went somewhere else for food. The coffee seemed different and the atmosphere was super generic. It's not a coffee shop anymore, it's the same generic format as every other fast food place.

Order a double toasted bagel and an ice cap.. my bagel wasn’t tasted cream cheese all over, the ice cap had no whipped cream I asked for it and they said you have to pay for whipped cream… I order ice caps often. Kinda weird it’s advertised with whipped cream and now it’s separate….

So, i ordered Ryan’s Scrambled egg loaded breakfast box. it truly is a box. but your STORE GAVE ME A WRAP! i didn’t want a WRAP. I was at work and had a co worker get it for me! That Store is horrible!!!! The manager is even worse!
