I asked for a plain bagel with a very small amount of butter. They put so much on it couldn't get it off. Zero stars, awful experience. Im not even sure its butter. Smells like it though.

I just waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes to be told I had to go inside to place my gift card order because there were 7. Okay, policy is policy. I’m worried about being late but it’s whatever. I go inside and add food to the order. Wait an extra 5 minutes after the order and nothing. I’m then told I wasn’t charged for my sandwich so they didn’t make it. It’s too late I have to leave. I get to work late and without breakfast. Check my receipt and I was in fact charged.

I visited this Tim Hortons for the first time — and it will definitely be my last. My order was completely messed up, and when I politely pointed it out, the staff had a bad attitude instead of fixing it properly. Everyone makes mistakes, but the way customers are treated matters. Very disappointing experience, especially from a brand I usually enjoy.

I love Tim Horton’s but do yourself a favor and stay away from this one. Spent 10$ on a cold brew and breakfast sandwich. Waiting for my sandwich, the girl then hands it to me and I asked for one ketchup. She said “sorry we charge for Ketchup” is a very mean tone. Other customers in the store even couldn’t believe it. I just laughed and walked out.

*UPDATE OCTOBER WILL be one year of every day coffee!!!! Only one time did they give me tea on ACCIDENT LOVE THE STAFF ALL OF THEM!! Always a warm welcome!! Love THIS TIME HORTONS (comment update) since moving to the area from capital region, this is now my new spot! Last few months I’ve come every morning! Always a blast!!!! The crew working may 29th 2025 you guys need a raise dealing with forgetful customers like me!!! Keep it up! Great job!

I’m sorry, but when I went in to order today, the woman was sweeping the floor & took her time coming over to get my order. No hello or smile. Same with the woman who gave me the order. Then someone who might have been the manager came out from the back and silently walked around. No one interacted with each other. Very unwelcoming. If they only knew- all it takes is a smile and “Hello”.
I was so excited when this location opened because it was so close to my home. My wife finds herself going a further distance because of how often they mess up orders. I’ve had this same issue but still went……until now. The other day I ordered the cherry pastry and the drive through. I corrected myself when I saw that that’s what they called it and not a cherry danish as I stated. I corrected myself just to make sure the knew what I wanted. The reply was “I knew what you were talking About” in an extremely rude tone. I was taken aback. I then replied that I was just clarifying myself! When I got to the window, they then had to ask what my order was again. At that point, I said never mind, and when to another location. Today, I tried them again. When I got to the window, they know who I am, a young guy that works there that typically very nice and polite, was just staring at me with a look of anger as he charged me and gave me the order. I had orders an Iced Coffee, but had no ICE. That was purposely done. No one doesn’t add ice to an iced coffee by mistake. My wife has an aunt to owned two franchise, and when going there or other locations, I cannot ever remember have an employee act so rude in my life. Avoid the location at all costs!

Easily my favorite Tim Hortons. The staff are all wonderful and friendly, the food is always prepared just right, and the location is inviting and clean. No matter how hectic of a day I'm having, this Tim Hortons always cheers me up with its cozy atmosphere. I can't start my Sundays off right without stopping by for a cold brew, a wrap, a hashbrown, and a doughnut! I highly recommend this location!
