Easily my favorite Tim Hortons. The staff are all wonderful and friendly, the food is always prepared just right, and the location is inviting and clean. No matter how hectic of a day I'm having, this Tim Hortons always cheers me up with its cozy atmosphere. I can't start my Sundays off right without stopping by for a cold brew, a wrap, a hashbrown, and a doughnut! I highly recommend this location!
This is hands down the best Tim Hortons in WNY. Service is top of the line! Everyone was attentive and helpful! The food tasted fresh for a change (from other places) ! Plus the atmosphere was very warm. Did I say how great the service was? Customer service places need to use this place as a model!

Love THIS TIME HORTONS (comment update) since moving to the area from capital region, this is now my new spot! Last few months I’ve come every morning! Always a blast!!!! The crew working may 29th 2025 you guys need a raise dealing with forgetful customers like me!!!
