Waited 10 mins in the drive thru, and got iced Capp, but the worker didn’t even put whipped cream, when I asked she goes u didn’t pay for it. Iced Capp comes with whipped cream. These workers needs to be taught better

Worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been in. Don’t bother stopping here. Under staffed, employees they do have are miserable, flies all over the place. Mobil orders not ready for pick up, Lines 3-4 people deep that just don’t move, employees in other locations are running around in back filling orders, not here. They slowly meander around aimlessly not getting anything done.

Lesson learned, the butter peacon cold brew is disgusting. All syrup and creme, not much coffee. Recommend if you order, doing it ahead and pickup from counter. Drive-thru always takes a long time. Think Maple Road @ Sweet Home location is understaffed. Up the road up, sweet Home @ Sheridan a much smoother experience.

Panini was very flat, floppy, soggy. It had too much sauce, and very little meat. I took one bite and could not continue. The employees were friendly and professional.
After over 2 months, still haven't received my refund for the hair being in my breakfast sandwich. Ridiculous!
