This location has closed permanently recently. Many complaints about their hygiene level. I have personally seen fruit-flies flying over their donuts and pastries.

Oishei hospital is really nice so are the employees. Just don't go to the Tim Hortons there what a joke. First day I had a Bavarian cream donut, it only had enough cream to fill a timbit. The next time I was there they didn't have large cups for the coffee my daughter wanted. I wanted a frozen hot chocolate and they didn't have mix so I asked for a mixed berry smoothie and that supposedly takes the same mix. So I said nevermind I don't drink coffee or any other drink they offer. Their cold bottle pop cooler was also empty and the employee said we have some out back. I decided to go to Joes Deli instead.

I order two number five meals and when I got my order and took it upstairs to eat since I was waiting for my fiancé to be seen I dint get any chips with my one order and they did not give me any drink I ask for and got water instead and was not told it was water and was given to me in a regular Tim Hortons coffee cup and not the clear soda cup.. not satisfied with how i all turned out..

One of my first stops when I'm home in Buffalo NY. Large Hot Chocolate please!!! I traveled a lot of States and by far Tim Hortons hot chocolate is the B E S T !

The nurse in front of me in line had the cashier ask her if she wanted to leave her change? When she asked if it was being donated to a fund and or What was the purpose of leaving a large amount of change there was? The cashier replied just to leave it in the drawer… so is that inadvertently asking for a tip?! The other day there was a tip cup there the couple dollars in it right in front of the register but now it’s gone.! And sorry to say this time my sandwich had brown lettuce on it. so I’m not amused with that at all. I did buy one of the blue donuts for the Buffalo fund Because I saw a sign for it and I know that’s legit… at least I’m hoping so lol
Trash. Grill never works. Bought chicken wrap multiple times and it was trash always. Worst place to spend ur hard earned money.

I paid for a double egg and double bacon sandwich and one sausage egg muffin and they gave me 2 sausage egg. Should have read the reviews before placing order. Overpaid for an entire sandwich.

Please train your team at the location in the lobby of Oishei children's hospital around having half an ounce of empathy. I am staying over night with my child, post surgery, and stopped at the Tim Hortons in the lobby to get her a frozen lemonade. I was literally scolded by the team member working behind the counter because I went to the register from the wrong side of the queue. Please note, there was no one else in line. She informed me that, from now on, I would need to enter from the other side "so you don't cut anyone." At a time when someone is beyond exhausted, and worried about a sick child, the last thing needed is an unnecessary comment about line etiquette. Especially when there is no line. Do better. The comment was rude and unnecessary. I'd hope this is not the customer service picture Tim Hortons wants to paint, especially in this location.

1 star only because they do have food available. Service is awful. Orders are consistently wrong. Asked to have my bagel cut in half. They REFUSED and gave me a plastic knife instead.Hot food is barely warm, seems like nobody actually knows how to operate a toaster. Every visit is a disappoinment at this location.And Stop Calling Me and Every One Else "Honey and Sweety", so annoying and disrespectful...

Coffee was just as I always like it
