Horrible service... Today at 5:45 am they can't serve breakfast !! The last 2 days i ordered sausage, egg, amd cheese but got bacon instead. The worst Tim Hortons in wny. Don't waste your time.

Extremely rude employee at drive through window. The person was so disrespectful I had to file a complaint at the corporate level. Very sad that I won’t be visiting this location ever again. I spent a lot of money there over the years. :(

Need to update Google listing and the signs on the door! Says they open at 5 but they aren’t opening till 6. Walked half hour to get coffee before work for no reason!!! Waste of my time!!!
It took over 20 mins in the drive thru to get my coffee and donut. I couldn't believe that they gave me a different drink! I'm disabled and thankfully my daughter was able to walk in ( that took 4 mins) to the completely empty restaurant to get my coffee. They didn't even know what they were doing because they first tried to give a small, then a med size before that finally made my large! Worst Tim Hortons experience EVER

I’ve tried to give this Tim Hortons one too many chances but I am constantly disappointed. The employees are rude, the food is mid. And they ALWAYS, every single time, get my order wrong. For instance, I order a bagel with cream cheese, I get it with butter. I order a bacon breakfast sandwich, I receive one with sausage. I order an ice Capp with espresso, I receive to espresso. Or I just don’t get the item entirely even though I pay for it. And when I try to gently tell the employees that I would like what I ordered, they give you a severe attitude. And takes forever. And you’re pressured to just go where you’re in the drivethru. Do not go here, unless you want your ordered messed up every time and rude customer service. Severely disappointed
manager tried to argue with me because i politely asked if she can remake the sandwiches since there were no sausages on them, she then got an attitude & says “i put sausage on the sandwiches” me & my mom opened up the sandwiches & made sure which there was no sausage once so ever. crazy how it’s 10 in the morning & you speak to your customers any kind of way. God bless her.
