I’ve tried to give this Tim Hortons one too many chances but I am constantly disappointed. The employees are rude, the food is mid. And they ALWAYS, every single time, get my order wrong. For instance, I order a bagel with cream cheese, I get it with butter. I order a bacon breakfast sandwich, I receive one with sausage. I order an ice Capp with espresso, I receive to espresso. Or I just don’t get the item entirely even though I pay for it. And when I try to gently tell the employees that I would like what I ordered, they give you a severe attitude. And takes forever. And you’re pressured to just go where you’re in the drivethru. Do not go here, unless you want your ordered messed up every time and rude customer service. Severely disappointed
manager tried to argue with me because i politely asked if she can remake the sandwiches since there were no sausages on them, she then got an attitude & says “i put sausage on the sandwiches” me & my mom opened up the sandwiches & made sure which there was no sausage once so ever. crazy how it’s 10 in the morning & you speak to your customers any kind of way. God bless her.

Young man behind Mic and young lady behind drive-through counter, very rude. The employees got mad at me because they could not make a hot decaf tea correctly. The store is a joke. Lots of young kids working there no supervision. Whoever owns Store will be losing a lot of business soon. You definitely lost my business. I will drive 2 miles out of the way to another store.

Dont waste your time here. Workers are super rude and get mad when you ask for specific items vs. what they already have. This morning, i asked for 2 breakfast sandwiches and a medium triple triple. Breakfast sandwiches were missing ingredients and the bread not being toasted because your employees are to busy telling each other their drama and complaining vs doign their jobs. Coffee being given to me black when i specifically ask for cream and sugar. Management needs to have a real talk with the staff.

The manager ( or whoever he is), Dakota, is rude. When I go to the drive thru, he talks ridiculously fast and cuts me off when I'm placing my order. And he adds stuff on to my order that I didn't want. This has happened every time he is on the drive thru speaker. This Tims is so convenient because it is literally right at the corner, 3 blocks away from me. From now on I am driving to the Tim's on south park near the botanical gardens. It's sad I should have to drive that much farther away to get coffee.

I get it that sometimes you have a bad day. I don't think you should always have to smile. But if you can't understand a basic polite attitude then maybe you shouldn't work with people. The girl looked mad that I was there and visibly miserable that she had to work. I said thank you twice and just got annoyed scowls twice. At least you could say you're welcome. I'm never coming back here.
Stopped by here for my first ever Tim Hortons coffee drink during a trip. Got a Hazelnut latte with oatmilk which was good but a little too sweet for my taste. The barista was friendly and prompt.
