It’s Timmy’s lg double double or triple triple if felling spunky lol ., it isn’t the expensive fancy coffee house with barista‘s making smiley faces and fig leafs in your half calf mocha Loca bullsh%t steamed non fat foam. But when there on point it’s still some of the best coffee on the fly. I will say this though your best shot at your order being correct is check it before pulling away if don’t have a regular spot:), just make sure if there busy to check they mixed your coffee and or actually toasted your food.

Kid-friendliness: Most are friendly to the kids waving or whatever there doing cuz there little kids. Other than that annoyed seems to be the common theme

Not the one to leave reviews. But when it's getting to the point that each time you go to this drive thru to order and get less than what you pay for it's very disrespectful! Fix your machine or pay attention and make sure you're giving your customers what they're paying for! I ordered a large cappuccino to be exact and it's not even filled up to the black line at least! It's filled at the finger tip (see image) Definitely seems to me like a medium. Scammers ! Non whipped cream.

I must say Cora ,Jabari ,Christian and Mike are the best staff there is in Tim Hortons these guys meet your expectations go above and beyond with there customer service also to mention they always make sure I get my food and hot chocolate nice and hot I appreciate them and there efforts to always help me out and they are definitely super great employees thanks guys!

was at this location picking up a delivery. was at the counter for 2 minutes before I even saw an employee. looked up from his phone and said "be right with you." it was 5 more minutes before he even spoke to me. it looked as though he was the only one working. management needs to staff the store properly

Just walked in to three crackheads sitting at the table no shoes on sleeping on each other. Yup that’s the 1st thing I wanna see in the morning , smell md like cigarettes inside workers seem not to be bothered walked outside there’s a guy asking for money. Definitely will take my business elsewhere!!

Was in the drive thru line for 10 minutes, gave him my order 3x and when I went to pay my order was wrong . I’m highly allergic to bacon and he put some on there after I told him a few times no bacon, there was paper in my sandwich and he refused to take it back told me to take off the bacon and the paper all while laughing.This is so sad and disgusting.

We were on our way home from a vacation in the Toronto area. We grabbed lunch in St. Catharines and drove back to the States. The border crossing at Niagara took awhile to cross, July 5th in the mid-afternoon, we expected it. I tried to get out of Buffalo area as far as I could before I stopped but I really, really had to pee!

I ended up stopping at this TIm Horton's because I could go no further and they were less busy than McDonald's. I parked, headed to the restroom and an employee sitting in a booth or chair said they lost the keys to the restroom and she, another lady behind the counter, will have to unlock it. That was not something I was used to so I patiently waited for the lady in front of me to order. I actually let her in the door, older lady with a walker/chair thing, she took her time.

I danced around a lot and my son came in a few minutes later and I told him he better go to McDonald's. He too didn't know how the locked restroom doors worked so he apparently went and stood outside the restroom door at McDonald's. Meanwhile, I'm at Tim Horton's about to lose it in their dining room. A couple comes in behind me and waits for about a minute. The older lady finishes her transaction and the girl at the counter doesn't even look at me and begins to take the couple's order that just walked in the door. For real, like I didn't even exist!

I don't know what to do, I'm not sure I can make it to McDonald's, don't even know if I can get into their restroom. It was the only thing I could do other than wait and I was running out of time. I walked out of Tim Horton's and gave them a "thanks for nothing" kind of wave. It wasn't really a rude gesture but I wanted them to know I wasn't happy. The two employees behind the counter started yelling at me as I walked out! I'm in my mid-40's and my days of acting like a punk are long gone. But I ended up giving them the bird as I walked (briskly) in front of Tim Horton's on my way to McDonald's. I couldn't help myself.

I get to McDonald's and I see the number pad on the doors. I was starting to panic because they were busy! When I got close to the door I could hear someone washing their hands. I waited a few seconds and it was my kid that opened the door! I was soooo thankful it was him! I hurried in and dealt with my problem, a huge relief, all was okay again. Props to McDonald's for the clean restroom. Thanks to the McD's the employee that saw my son standing by the restroom door and letting him in.

I read some older reviews of this Tim Horton's and found someone else that had a bad experience trying to use the restroom at Tim Horton's. I feel bad for anyone else in that situation. It's a toss up, Tim Horton's or McDonald's. I choose the wrong one because it was less busy. Those Tim Horton's employees were bad, actually, they were awful. They knew I needed in and completely ignored me.

Went to a Tim Hortons no one is there even tho it’s open. Came this location coffee tastes so bad. Needed to use the bathroom, someone in there for an hour and staff was not nice about it.

Pretty much like any other Tim Hortons, they tend to mess up my very simple order often ??‍♀️ went the other day with friends, we ordered 2 everything bagels, exactly the same way. Except mine had barely any cream cheese, and the other had way too much! Ridiculous ?
