Quick, efficient service. A big shout-out goes out to Ali - an extremely pleasant individual who makes what is an uneventful, mundane task of stopping off the highway to grab a quick coffee into an enjoyable experience. Would drive out of my way to come back to this particular location.

I'm Not Understanding Why You Guys Don't Open The Dining Room Until Exactly 6AM? Sometimes 6:02AM. What About The Croud Of People Who Head To Work At 5AM? If Staff Is Already There Working, Why Not Open The Lobby To The Freezing Customers That Line Up Outside As We Watch Your Employees Just Stare At Us With A Absolute Miserable Look On Their Face Just Because They Hate Their Job.

These employees deserve less very rude gave me the wrong order went to exchange they asked for a receipt witch they didn't give me.... I guess a buttered kurosant is the same price as a bacon egg cheese bagel at least the next guy made out 🤣

Very rude worker at the drive through a young lady with dreadlocks and no I’m not stereotyping because i wear dreadlocks as well! Anyway she’s extremely rude she was training a young lady and the poor trainee looked uncomfortable as well when i asked her for napkins she got a attitude! And pushed the food in my hand forcefully. And its not just her usually the drive through is staff is very rude 90% of the time at the menu booth. Its ridiculous! I only continue to come here because i work nearby and the food is decent! But the service sucks!

This isn’t my first time at this location but it will be the last. The few times I’ve come to the 380 Niagara St location the staff has been very unprofessional as well as disrespectful. This time I placed my order online which was a small double double. When I was asked, “ How May I help you?” My exact words were, “ I ordered a small double double online and gave my name. The male employee said, “I don’t understand your question with an attitude” I told him and I quote, “ I didn’t ask you a question, I told you that I had ordered a small double double online and gave my name again.” I was then told to pull forward and once I got to the drive thru window the negative energy continued when the heavyset girl handed me my cup of coffee not even facing in my direction. These employees at this location really need to DO BETTER. Without the customers NO jobs.

Ordered a BLT on a croissant. Received a BLT on a roll. I pointed it out, and they made a new sandwich. Was told to make sure I order the right thing next time. Been to this location multiple times over many years, and the service can be excellent, or terrible because the workers hardly speak English and have a bad attitude.

Probably the worst Tim hortons I have ever been to. Asked for Tim bits and what they gave I cannot put it into words. Was not edible at all. I’ll let the picture speak for itself. I would recommend going to another one.

Do not Recommend. On Friday 6/6/2025, at about 10am [the time on receipt is wrong and one hour off] and motivated by advertising, I ordered a 2 for $6 deal. The English muffin sandwiches are much smaller than portrait in pictures and TV, and not as appetizing. They were dropped by a kitchen worker in the middle of a counter with no tags identifying them as my order. The counter employee without gloves or mask proceeded to open each to identify to whom they belonged, since other sandwiches for other customers were delivered from the kitchen at the same time. The drive-thru customers had a line going around the block and a good 45 minutes wait. Avoid rush hours, the place is too small to handle the volume inside or drive-thru.
