This has been a daily Tim Hortans for me since the convience of it being in the hospital, but this location never fails to ruin my day. Wether it could be forgetting to put something on one of my breakfast sandwiches, to awful burnt coffee, stale donuts, and even being told that they don’t sell ice capps with a pump of vianilla in them, when I have gotten countless Oreo ice Capps from here. All my coworkers even complain every day. If you want some good Tim’s, don’t come here. Even the workers are rude and untougjtful. Also, the sugar and cream machine is calibrated wrong, is what the workers tell you. So where’s the manager and why has no one fixed it yet? It’s been like this for the last 2 months.

Everything I got was fantastic, firstly. Also, the woman with the glasses and ponytail, was so sweet & helpful. I was coming in afternoons and evenings, Thurs-Sun. She remembered me through my few days there, asked how my family was & followed up, and gave me great product. It was so nice during a crazy time for me. Also a new guy was training and helped me twice and was great!
(At one point during a different time, I was in the lobby on the phone and heard someone yelling loudly about a coworker they were unhappy with. I don’t believe they were working as they didn’t have the uniform on but we’re behind the counter. I hope it’s sorted out for them truly, but I’d be a little quieter next time we’re shouting our grievances in the hallways of a hospital, respectfully.)
This is not even one star but it would not let me post anything without a star. Apparently the concern is not that great, the overnight guy is STILL there... the most rudest person in customer service I have ever met... He literally let out a huge ughhhhh when we walked to the counter... sighed the whole time, was super exaggerated in his condescending tone and the food was absolutely disgusting. The biscuit crumbled in my hand and the sausage was so overcooked it was like rubber. When you spend 10 hours in the ER worried about your loved one and that is your only choice and you are subjected to absolute horrible customer service and food you can't even eat it makes you wonder how concerned management really is... Pretty sad how easy the money grab is by having a customer base that consists of hardworking hospital staff, patients and loved ones with zero choice after hours.
I'm in the emergency room at mercy hospital,my girlfriend went to tim Hortons to get a bite to eat when she got her food it was not cooked and she returned the sandwich the girl behind the counter was very rude to her she made her another sandwich same thing happened she ask for her money back she refused.so girlfriend left without her sandwich or her money.we contacting the owner to resolve this matter

My mom been in the hospital for several weeks. I don't know who the dude that work over night he's lazy every time you ask for a certain product he has something to say or its his demeanor and face expressions changes. For instance if I order a breakfast sandwich hell get upset because he has to make the egg and not with just me with other customers.

Needed to use the bathroom while I was here. Walked in the men's bathroom and it had an AWFUL smell and the toilet was filled to the top with a MASSIVE amount of dookie. So I was just gonna use the women's which I usually do in emergencies (I have IBS) especially when there is a lock it's typically fine. But this time I was going to ask to be nice in case someone came in I didn't wanna scare anyone. But the child working proceeded to stutter and say "I can't have that, do that, have that, have have that you can't do that" I asked why he couldn't just lock it for me. Well it doesn't have a lock. I can put a chair in front. Nope I can't do that either. I said can you just STAND in front for 2 minutes. "No" he said. I was being kind to let them know I was gonna use it and they were very rude and could have accommodated me for 2 minutes. I don't EVER write reviews. This place SUCKED. Don't go here. There is a Tim hortons 2 minutes away that is much MUCH better.

Food is okay. The one girl that works there is always in a miserable mood and shouldn’t be in customer service, especially a hospital. Very unpleasant

It’s hard enough when a loved one is in the hospital and two days in a row you have a rude employee named Cindy that just throws your drinks at you and is extremely rude. Her face and her actions show that she hates her job and it is not the right fit for her. She absolutely should not be doing a job that involves customer service!

I don't know why I keep going back to this place, staff are miserable and rude and seem to take delight in messing up orders. Tried to specify the timbits I wanted multiple times and they still screwed it up.
Go a little further down the street to the one in the seneca Plaza.

I have to say that there are a few hard working employees here, the reviews are understandable.. but when pay is minimum wage and new hires are paid more then people that have been there for years, you’d be pissed too. All the work is throw on the people who hold the place together, and nobody is trained properly because there is no incentive for the trainer. It’s been this way for years. It’s not going to change. Best time to go in early morning between 6&10am.

I asked for a blueberry bagel , not toasted,, with cream cheese. The young girl that waited on me was absolutely miserable. You could tell she hated being there. I went up 3 floors to find this. Went back down 3 floors to get what I asked for. She gave me a hard time about it. Who the hell puts cheese slices on a bagel? Lesson learned , again, buy Timmy's BEFORE you go the hospital!

I think you need better employees. The ones on 4/8/24 at 6:00am are slower than the sloth in Zootopia
Best cup of coffee I've found in a long time working the overnights. Highly

Have a family member in the ER so I stopped here tonight around 7:30 pm. The staff on right now should be commended. Good quick service and their customer engagement skills are top notch in an era when that’s extremely hard to find.
