Usually I don’t have an issue with this location but whoever was on drive thru today was very unpleasant, no greeting, no how are, you no have a good day, just handed me my drink and walked away as I was saying thank you.

Had hot teas. They were fine. The server was pleasant. The location was clean, pleasant and quiet. The parking was plentiful and convenient. This is particularly notable given that it's an urban location on a very busy street.

Pulled up to Tim Horton's on South Park at 8:45... 15 minutes before closing. Guy looks at me, says they're 'not doing anything else,' then walks away from the window. Not 9 yet, just lazy. If closing early is the new normal, post it on the door, not in your attitude. Last I checked, a clock doesn't lie—but apparently, customer service does.

There is one gentleman in particular (I wish I knew his name) who makes the BEST mocha icecap supremes. It probably sounds silly, but the ratios are spot on every time. I actually get excited when I pull up to the window and see that he’s the one making my drink because I know it’s gonna be a perfect icecap. And the crew as a whole are always friendly and efficient!(:

Said it only came on a croissant or wrap, so I got the croissant loaded scrambled egg sandwich. This is how it came. I asked for silverware and he said they didn’t have any?! What if I was on the road- how would I eat this? Should’ve took another pic- after I tried to lift it up-all the egg fell out. Very disappointing. Interior tables were all dirty. Bathroom paper was on back on toilet not loaded into machine. Counter person was friendly, but gave no napkins.

Food is prepared with ultra laziness. At least 3 or 4 people trying to fit in the drive thru window at the same time, so they can't keep your order straight. Lots of arguing too

When you're hungry and you go to an establishment known for some breakfast food and coffee explain to me how I received a sandwich that looks the way this one does. This is trash. It's going directly in the garbage and I will never ever go to this location again. There is a reason I have avoided Tim Hortons and I was just reminded of what that reason was.
