This the worst Tim Hortons in Buffalo. They never have the food warm. My French vanilla caps ( hot ) be halfway full never put a sleeve on. Yesterday I brought change I had in my car the girl was so disrespectful about it. She took it had the window close never came back to the window with my bagel. Someone else had to ask what I needed. Where’s the Americans cause these ppl has no respect.

Twice they messed up my order. This last time i ordered an egg sandwich with two eggs , no cheese, on plsin bagel. When i got to work 8 mins later i only had one egg and paid for two eggs.

Serious Concerns Regarding Service Quality and Order Fulfillment.

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service at this location. Specifically, the staff was unprofessional and demonstrated a significant lack of customer service and relational skills.
I have experienced multiple issues with order fulfillment, including undelivered and missing items on past occasions.
Most recently, on November 10, 2025, I placed an order for two coffees and three sandwiches and was forced to wait in the parking lot for approximately 20 minutes due to a significant delay.
The staff at this coffee shop must improve their performance. I will be taking my business elsewhere and seeking an alternative shop near my workplace.

What is the point of drive through if you’re just gonna ask me to pull over and wait in the parking lot. I honestly don’t understand. and it didn’t even take long for them to make the drink.
