I work on the Medical Campus, and I go to Tims at BGH regularly. Honestly, I don't know why I continue to go to that location. The staff with the exception of one or two are extremely rude. The way they speak to customers is ridiculous. Instead of diffusing an issue they will argue with the customer instead. Today for example they called out a number, but the order was wrong. The order was for another customer whose number was not called. Instead of trying to make things right, the woman behind the counter who I am assuming is the manager began saying it was the customers fault and just being very rude. The coffee at times tastes bitter, it's a hit or miss if you order a sandwich because the excuse is "its frozen". They need customer service training. The way they treat customers is awful! Even with the convenience of that location I can't see myself spending another dollar there.

The workers that are handing the orders to customers are not the most pleasant. This morning a young lady was calling out the orders to customers with the worst attitude. This evening one of the coworkers yelled at another employee in front of customers.
This is sad...we are all here for a reason. Just be nice. The cashiers are very kind.

Ordered ahead of time through the mobile app and waited for a while because they couldn’t find my order, bitter coffee and sandwich was made incorrectly not once but twice. Egg was over cooked and even though they were busy they couldn’t work under pressure. I hope they do better. I’m from the NYC so I know how it can be sometimes but This is in a hospital setting they have to do better.

Tim Horton please go back to your former glory!!!! What happened? The food looks like is thrown before handing them over. Mistakes are made in simple orders and I am watching workers dealing with improper food regulations. Expired, molding eggs were served for me and husband. The teenager grabbed the money and then my food without gloves and later that week I saw a worker eating while my drink was being made. I felt like calling the health department. Please be better.

I asked for a frozen mocha, they gave me a frozen hot chocolate and kept telling me that there's no difference between the two. There's definitely a difference. They had an attitude when I mentioned it wasn't the right drink and refused to replace it.

Even if the food was good its now hard to eat after facing rude behavior of the staff. They don’t charge a digital gift card and when I said oh ok the store next to you guys does it all the time. He got aggressive towards me. I simply tried to talk even had to tell him to cool down. I have no issue paying cash. If you can’t smile or look happy at work at least don’t start arguments with customers when its not even necessary. Learn to be positive I had no intention to fight. You just ruined my overall experience at timhortons for life.
